Raffinée Wilson is a speaker, therapist, and foodie that replies "Too Busy!" to things she no longer has time or energy for. Listen along as she highlights various topics including life, relationships, mental health, and much more. Just because Raffinée is "Too Busy!" doesn't mean you have to be as well...you get to decide.
I no longer have the energy or time for having no boundaries...especially during the holidays. Too Busy!
I hear people talk about the struggle of setting boundaries during the holiday with their physical space, time, and material possessions. I say often, "Establishing and maintaining personal boundaries is an expression of self-love.”
Consider asking yourself, "What are the limits with my: physical space, time, and materials?" as you head into the holidays. Be kind to yourself as you identify the things you are or are not okay with.
I would love to hear from you. What kind of boundary would be helpful to establish in the coming weeks related to either your physical space, time, or materials?

I find myself asking the question lately of "What do I need?" because previously I have been Too Busy!
I find it helpful to be intentional to identify my needs, without feeling the pressure to have all the answers for why I feel a certain way or what caused a certain emotion. I'm choosing to take some time to focus on how I can meet those needs day to day, and moment to moment.
I'd love to hear from you. What is a need you may have right now and how can you get it met? It may be relational, emotional, financial, related to work, or something else.
