For the holiday season Daniel and Matt meet for a conversation with Victoria, working in the HOW Sustainability Team. Together they exchange on some of their favorite books, movies, podcasts and series they can recommend for the summer season.
Again, Daniel and Matt stay with themselves. This time Daniel interviews Matt about Engagement, as Matt just delivered a keynote: "Engagement: A Leader's Priority". The two dive into the topic, first exploring what engagement is, why you want to have an engagement team and then how you can work on the team's engagement. They also refer it back to their work in the academy, where they strive to engage people on learning.
In our third episode, we had again a guest joining us. This time we talked to Pieter Beelen, Senior Manager Lean from our HOW team.
