SD Sports All Angles: Recent Episodes

This podcast will detail South Dakota High School and College Sports. I will be recapping some big events in SD Sports as well as previewing what is upcoming. I will also be holding interviews with various SD Sports Figures.
In the opening monologue of episode 11, I recap the girls state tournaments and preview the matchup of the SDSU men in the NCAA tournament. I also welcomed a repeat guest, Connor Libis, to the show. Connor discussed some behind the scenes activities of the state tournament and also gave some insight on the A and AA tournament. Then, Connor and I made some picks and gave some reasoning for who we felt would take home the crown at the B's!
During episode 9, I spoke about my favorite time of year, post season basketball. Lots of big games coming up. SoDak 16 girls on Thursday, Region boys all week, the DSU Women qualify for the national tournament for the 2nd straight season, and the Summit League this weekend at the Denny.
I also had the pleasure of chatting with two of the football coaches at Sioux Valley. Dan Hughes, the head coach, spoke with me about his role with the SDFBCA, the SDFBCA Spring Clinic and the SDFBCA All-Star Game. Jordan Fast, the Sioux Valley Defensive Coordinator, discussed officiating/umpiring in South Dakota, the shortage of officials, and his unique geography project comparing different geographic parameters for teams that make it to the state football championships.

During the 8th episode of SD Sports All Angles, I took a trip down memory lane when it comes to girls basketball. I also had the privilege to speak with the head women's coach at DSU, David Moe.
Episode 7 entails Logan's take on the SDSU/usd basketball games played this past weekend. Then, Coach Josh Anderson of DSU Football joined Logan for a conversation about his career with DSU. Logan asked Josh about his arrival at the program, the program's growth the past 13 years and his community involvement. They also discussed the 2022 signing day and the 2022 fall campaign.

In this episode, Brady Clark and I sit down and discuss multiple topics. During Episode 4, I recap my trip to Las Vegas and tell a story about my trip to Bozeman during my time with SDSU Football. I also had the chance to sit down with Coach Danny Frisby-Griffin of DSU Women's Basketball. We talked about his role with the team, his military background and Coach Moe's philosophy compared to his. We also discussed his role with VFW Baseball and the Veteran's Honor Park in Madison.
