Deborah Chris Raj is a full-time Content Manager at a digital performance agency for 4 years now.

As a passion project, she started King Kanvas as a platform to share her journey of faith, in hopes to empower people with truth in love, one conversation at a time. She also began producing the Pocket of Wisdom Podcast (under King Kanvas) to invite friends and working professionals from different walks of life to share their testimonies or topics of expertise girded by Christian principles. During the pandemic times like this, some of our daily exercise or sports routines have been affected due to the restrictions by the authorities in order to flatten the curve.   

One of the many restrictions is that close contact sports or sports that involve many people are not allowed to be conducted during this time and further more, activities such as badminton & tennis are also not allowed. However, the authorities understand the importance of mental awareness and as such walking & cycling is allowed albeit with strict SOP's in place. But what if you are someone who is not keen to get out of your home but want to keep fit? What if you don't have those basic equipment like treadmills at home like others do?
