Replacing negative self-talk with positive and empowering thoughts can reframe your limiting beliefs into more constructive statements that align with your goals and aspirations. For example, instead of saying, “I'm not good enough,” reframe it as “I am not good enough YET but I am continuously learning and improving.”
Roots of Self-Doubt
Before you can do anything about it, you need to find out what’s causing your self-doubt. Is it fear? Is it not having enough knowledge? Is it a lack of self-confidence? Spend a little time thinking about why exactly you feel that you can’t do this. Try retracing the source of your doubt. It may stem from an abusive childhood, an unsupportive spouse, or a toxic friendship.
This first step is crucial. Don’t skim over it — finding a solution won’t work unless you get down to the root of the problem. Be honest with yourself and dig deep.
Overcoming self-doubt and limiting beliefs! A journey of self-discovery and empowerment. Here are some strategies to help:
Identify and challenge negative self-talk
Practice self-compassion and self-acceptance
Reframe limiting beliefs and replace with empowering ones
Focus on your strengths and accomplishments
Set realistic goals and celebrate small wins
Seek support from positive influences and mentors
Embrace failure as a learning opportunity
Practice mindfulness and self-reflection
Develop a growth mindset and embrace challenges
Surround yourself with positive affirmations and reminders
Overcoming self-doubt and limiting beliefs takes time and patience. Be gentle with yourself and celebrate your progress. With persistence and the right mindset, you can break free from self-imposed limitations and unlock your full potential!

5 Ways To Instantly Upgrade Your Quality of Life
Getting your 8 to 9 hours of sleep
Habits to Improve Your SleepBe consistent. Go to bed at the same time each night and get up at the same time each morning, including on the weekends. Make sure your bedroom is quiet, dark, relaxing, and at a comfortable temperature. Remove electronic devices such as TVs, computers, and phones from the bedroom.
Limit Screen Time
Too much screen time can impact obesity, body image, quality of sleep, personal relationships, and social skills. It has also been shown to impact school performance. Managing your screen time: turning off your phone at least an hour before bed, watching less television, decreasing your work in front of a computer screen, etc. will help make you a more efficient worker, create more free time, and improve your quality of life
Exercise
There is no healthier or greater way to clear your mind, temper anxiety and relieve stress than exercise. Studies show it helps improve mood, and state of mind, assists focus, and improves quality of sleep.
Carving out time to exercise will increase your energy throughout the day, encourage you to eat healthier, and help build a routine. Exercise increases work productivity and improves your mood when you are with family and friends. As physically demanding as exercise can be at the time, it only reaps benefits.
As much as you can, try to travel any chance you get. It doesn’t even have to be far from home. Traveling can show you so many beautiful places you would never otherwise have known existed. It opens you up to different experiences, different people, delicious food, and beautiful sights.
Focusing on right now
Living in the present moment is a key part of mental wellness. It means letting go of the past and not waiting for the future. Here are some tips for focusing on the present moment:

Declare war on your enemiesThe Polarity StrategyLife is endless battle and conflict, and you cannot fight effectively without identifying your enemies. Learn to smoke out your enemies, to spot them by the signs and patterns that reveal hostility. Then, once you have them in your sights, inwardly declare war. Your enemies can fill you with purpose and direction. To be prepared for war is the most effective means of preserving peace. — George Washington

Almost 3 years ago, during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic, I got a wake-up call from my doctor. He said, Michael, if you continue to gain weight and eat crap and don’t change your lifestyle, something bad can happen.
I was big-bone ( AKA FAT) and un-kept.
I started having panic attacks and feared the worst. I prayed to God.
I am ready to transform my life
I am ready to change into the new person I need to be.
I am ready to go after the purpose that you brought me to this world.
I can’t continue to live like a nobody anymore.
I can’t die like an average human being and be forgotten.
I need to change and fast
I need to get fit.
I need to become wealthy to feed all my dependents
I need to live life with purpose.
Before I help others, I need to help myself.
Before I lead other people, I need to lead myself.
I need to learn, I need to suffer and I need to go through pain to achieve what I need to accomplish in my life.
Three years now and I am still not ready, but I am in a much better place than I was in 2020.
I have lost almost 50 pounds
My mindset is better and the panic attacks have disappeared.

Doubling your income requires a combination of effort, strategy, and sometimes taking calculated risks. Here are some ideas to consider:
Develop in-demand skills: Acquire new skills that are high in demand and can increase your earning potential.
Start a side hustle: Begin a part-time venture that aligns with your interests and can supplement your primary income.
Invest wisely: Invest in assets that have a high potential for growth, such as stocks, real estate, or a small business.
Negotiate a raise: Research and demonstrate your value to your employer to justify a salary increase.
Take on additional work: Consider freelancing, consulting, or picking up extra shifts to boost your earnings.
Create and sell a product or service: Monetize your passion or expertise by developing a product or offering a service that solves a problem.
Network and build relationships: Expand your professional connections to unlock new opportunities.
Optimize your finances: Reduce expenses, minimize debt, and maximize savings to free up more money for investment or growth.
Remember, doubling your income often requires patience, persistence, and a willingness to learn and take calculated risks.

"7 Rules of Life":
Smile:
Rule 1: Start your day with a smile. It's a simple act that can set a positive tone and influence your outlook on the day.
Let it Go:
Rule 2: Learn to let go of things you can't control. Dwelling on the past or worrying about the future can hinder your present happiness.
Ignore Them:
Rule 3: Don't let negativity and criticism affect your journey. Ignore those who bring you down and focus on your own path.
Don't Compare:
Rule 4: Your journey is unique. Avoid comparing yourself to others; it's a recipe for dissatisfaction. Celebrate your progress and focus on your own growth.
Stay Calm:
Rule 5: In the face of challenges, stay calm. Reacting impulsively rarely leads to positive outcomes. Take a deep breath, assess the situation, and respond with a clear mind.
Avoid Negativity:
Rule 6: Surround yourself with positivity. Avoid gossip, negative influences, and toxic environments. A positive mindset attracts positive experiences.
Dream Big:
Rule 7: Dare to dream big. Set ambitious goals, believe in your capabilities, and work towards turning your dreams into reality. Your aspirations shape your journey.

Why the Dumb is making Millions and the smart ones are broke...
How people dumber than you are making millions:They don’t overthink things and execute ideas quickly rather than waiting for perfection.
They focus on taking action.
They pay attention to opportunities in the market and current events and capitalize on them rapidly by investing, trading, or creating content.
They learn from and emulate the success strategies of people who are rich rather than listening to people who are not wealthy.
They understand the psychology of what captures people’s attention and interest and create products, services, and optimized businesses to feel real demand in the marketplace, even if they don’t have all the answers at the beginning.
They prioritize making money over things like perfectionism, rules, etc. They care more about results than process.
They take significant risks and put themselves out there rather than playing it safe. Speed and action are more important than avoiding potential mistakes.

Knowing What Step To Take
Taking the first step, and beginning a journey of a thousand miles, is a concept that can be applied to any endeavor. Speaking Truth to Bullshit
In Brene Brown’s extraordinary book Braving the Wilderness, she has a chapter called “Speak truth to bullshit.
Speaking the truth is complicated in part because of our defense mechanism of denial. We vigorously suppress what we cannot afford to see. This is driven by our primitive brain and fear. We have beliefs about our own unworthiness. Having our parents ignore or hurt us is devastating to a child. The human need for connection is intensely strong because ostracizing or shunning means death.

Becoming Unstoppable
The first key to becoming unstoppable is becoming aware of your self-imposed limitations and then breaking them.
The second key to becoming unstoppable is developing a mindset that can handle anything life throws at you, including failure. Here are 10 Tips to Becoming Unstoppable1. Do what successful people do — and stop doing what they don’t2. Look for opportunities
Be a creator, not a replicator
Stop focusing on the ‘why’ and start focusing on the ‘how.’
Know what success is — and isn’t
Stop taking yourself so seriously
Have a clear purpose
Manage your mindset; you can’t control everything
Start with what you can control; work your way up to what you can’t
Always think positively; don’t be afraid to take risks
Don’t let anyone tell you what you can or cannot do. Only you can make that decision. There are always new opportunities out there for those willing to look, although sometimes theanswers will be right in front of you all along. The key is never to give up until you do find an answer — if not, perhaps it’s time to take a step back and think before moving forward again. The main thing is not to get discouraged.

It is challenging, and it takes time. Try to be yourself and let your thoughts flow naturally. You deserve your love and respect. Speak to yourself with kindness.

• What can I do that I’m best at, with little effort on my part?
• What is the one thing that other people associate with me?

Once we remove the limits we place upon ourselves, we will see the real purpose of our existence and act based on that.

Becoming Bulletproofmeans transforming yourself into a stronger, more confident, and more powerful person. Evy Poumpouras - former Secret Service agent to three presidents and one of only five women to receive the Medal of Valor - demonstrates how we can overcome our everyday fears, have difficult conversations, know who to trust and who might not have our best interests at heart, influence situations, and prepare for the unexpected.
When you have become bulletproof, you are your best, most courageous, and most potent version of yourself. Poumpouras shows us that ultimately true strength is found in the mind, not the body.
Critical Lessons from the Book
Lesson 1: People lie, don't let it affect you more than it should.
Everyone lies, and we lie pretty often. So, we should learn to take people's lies less personally because that way, we can easily read people.
Lesson 2: Dress Confidently.Lesson
Your clothing can have a powerful impact on how others perceive you, so always consider your audience when picking out your wardrobe.
3: Command respect, don't demand it.
Influence and respect are garnered organically. Demanding respect is often tacky and will get you the opposite reaction. Carry yourself with respect. Respect others and you will find yourself a respected and honoured person.

Many of us put our happiness and dreams on hold for another day, when the truth is life is happening right now. If you want to make positive changes, today is the day. Want to know where to begin? Here are 30 things to start doing for yourself.
1. Create a vision for your life.
Get clear on your purpose, what drives you and what you desire for your love life, relationships, career, finances, lifestyle, wellbeing and personal growth.
2. Meditate daily.
Your investment of a few minutes of time will come back to you tenfold in the form of increased insight, inner peace, creativity and compassion.
3. Treat your body well.
It is your home on this earth so nourish it with water, whole foods, walks, yoga and exercise.
4. Listen to your heart and intuition.
Your heart is the key to your life purpose and it will provide you with wisdom and guidance that your thinking mind cannot comprehend.
5. Mix up your routine.
Don't live the same year 85 times and call it a life -- try a new route, coffee shop, walking trail, hobby, activity, city or career.
6. Get clear on your values.
Your deep underlying motivators like freedom, creativity, wisdom, abundance, vitality, connection and authenticity -- and start basing your life around them.
7. Make time for joy and pleasure.
Write a list of all the things that make you come alive and do them weekly -- the whole world will benefit from your light and joy.
8. Pause throughout the day.
Take your attention away from the circling thoughts and worries in your head and connect with the sights, sounds, smells, textures and beauty of life surrounding you.
9. Get comfortable being you.
You were made by the Universe for a reason and you are a one-of-a-kind. Own who you are.
10. Create rituals.
Whether it's a morning prayer, evening book or weekend brunch, rituals can help you incorporate your values into your life.

In No More Mr. Nice Guy (2000) Robert Glover analyzes the personality and psychology of “nice guys”.
The core message is those nice guys aren’t really nice but are instead doormats who are nice out of fear of being assertive. Robert seeks to provide readers with advice and solutions to become a more assertive and higher-power man.
10 Traits of Nice Guys
Most people have one or two of these traits, but nice guys have most of them:
Givers
Caretaker
Seek approval from others (especially from women)
Conflict-avoidant
Seek the right way to do things
Try to be perfect and avoid mistakes (so people don’t think they’re bad)
Repress their feelings
Want to be different from their fathers
They’re more comfortable being with women
They exert tremendous effort to make their partners happy.
The Two Types of Nice Guys
There are two types of nice guys:
Those who think they are bad and need to correct themselves
Those who think they are so good, lie to themselves to keep their self-image.
The former had a troubled and rebellious childhood and now he feels like he needs to make up for it.
The latter was the good boy of the family and he stays that way to keep his social identity and his self-identity.
Glover recommends these steps to overcome the Mr. Nice Guy syndrome:
Force yourself to enforce your boundaries
Learn to please yourself first
Cut porn and learn to have sex for the sake of it
Face your fears
Repeat positive mantras
Eat well
Do sport
Spend more time with men
Nice guys cannot have intimate relationships.
Why?
Because intimate relationships require people to look within themselves and open up about who they really are.
But nice guys are always wearing a mask and always hiding their true selves. That makes their relationships unauthentic.

Choosing To Be A Victim
A victim mentality is something we learn and acquire. However, no one was born feeling like a victim. In other words, we can choose to break out of such a mindset and stop victimizing ourselves.
"It’s not my fault." Someone who acts from a place of victimhood claims things that happen to them are the fault of someone or something other than themselves. It might be the fault of their partner, family, co-worker, friend, or "the way the world is." They frequently complain about the bad things that happen in their lives. They are reluctant to take personal responsibility, asserting that the circumstances aren’t in their control.
Signs You Have a Victimhood Mindset
It’s normal to be unsatisfied in some parts of your life. But it’s important to look at the bigger picture. If you notice similar patterns across different areas of your life, you might have a victim mentality.
The first step to solving a problem is to identify and acknowledge it. Look for these signs in yourself to see if you might have adopted a victim mentality:
Escape The Victimhood Mindset
Victim mentality is learned behavior.
In other words, it’s not something you’re born with. It's something you learn in a social environment. It could be learned from family members or the result of trauma. However, you have the power to overcome it.
Take the first steps in the following ways.
Take responsibility. You are the only one who controls your actions. You might not be able to control others, but you control how you react to them. You control who you spend your time with, and where. Realize your potential and get in the driver’s seat of your life.
Self-care and compassion. Victim mentalities are subconsciously adopted as a way to cope, often from past trauma. Be compassionate to yourself in your recovery. Practice self-care and self-love. Journaling can be a helpful tool to work through your feelings.
Start saying no. You can say no to something you don’t want to do. It’s okay. Even if other people feel you are letting them down, take care of your energy and prioritize yourself.
Educate yourself. Read books about the victim mentality and how it affects your life. Consider seeking therapy. The more you educate yourself on the topic, the more likely you are to stay on track with your recovery and avoid going back to your old way of thinking.
What Does a Victim Mentality Mean?

Ways you can embrace the unknown
Here are some ideas on how to stretch your comfort zone little by little.
Stop overthinking and overplanning
The next time you have a decision to make, embrace the unknown and do not try to predict your distant future. Stick with the immediate facts and choices.
Learn to live in the present moment
Live in the now. We cannot change the past. We cannot predict the future. we are missing out on the only thing we do have – the present moment.
Indulge in spur-of-the-moment experiences
Do not compare your past experiences with what is happening right now.
Switch fear for curiosity
when you decide to be curious about what happens next, you will learn to embrace the unknown and uncertainty and, at the same time, help other beneficial psychological processes to evolve freely.
Exercise gratitude
When you develop the habit of being grateful, you also learn to notice how every situation brings something to be thankful for. Such a skill will help you embrace the unknown because you know that every cloud has a silver lining.

7 Tips to Help You Learn to Politely Say, “No”
Have you ever had someone ask you to do something and you wanted to say “no”, but you blurted out “yes” instead?
If so, you’re not alone. Many people have a tough time saying “no”.
7 Tips to Help You Say "No."
How to say “no” when someone asks to borrow money from you.
“Oh, I’m really sorry, but I made a decision a while ago never to lend money to others.”
When a coworker asks you to give money toward a gift for the boss or coworker.
“I’d love to, but I haven’t gotten the chance to get to know them very well. I will wish them well the next time I see them.”
“I’m not currently spending any extra money on anything. I’m on a strict budget.”
A friend, spouse, or boss asks you to do something for them, but you are already swamped to the max.
“I just can’t. My plate is incredibly full and ready to flow over. If it’s a dire need, let me see if I can rearrange my schedule, but I think someone else may be able to help you out faster.”
Someone asks you to go out to dinner, to a party, or another function and you simply don’t want to go.
“Oh, I’m sorry but I’ve already got a commitment during that time.”
“Thank you so much for the invite, but I’m going to have to decline.”
Someone asks you to be on their committee or team and you don’t want to.
“I’m not in a position where I can freely volunteer right now, but I’m sure you’ll be able to find someone who is willing.”
Someone asks you out on a date and you’re not interested in dating anyone.
“That’s very nice of you to ask, but I’m not in a place in life where I want to date anyone. I’m taking some “me” time, but thank you anyway.”
You’re asked to perform a job that you have no desire to do.
“I wish I could, but I can’t take on one more commitment right now.”
It’s Ok to Say “No”
Memorize some of these ways to say “no”, so the next time you’re in a position where you want to decline, you’ll know exactly what to say.

Let’s face it, life can be brutal sometimes – beating us down and even breaking some of the strongest of us. Society can be hard and indifferent, always sending new challenges and obstacles our way.
How could you think you are weak when every time you break, you come back stronger than before???
10 Signs You're Mentally Strong...
1. You take responsibility for your actions.
Taking responsibility is a rare quality these days...found in only the strong.
2. You don’t rely on external validation.
This means that relying on the approval of others puts you in a perpetual place of confusion and unhappiness – two potent poisons that take away your inner power.
3. You are clear on your values.
If you find yourself capable of standing by your values in very trying moments, know that you are a very strong person.
4. You are striving for a better life.
A lot of people give up on their dreams and aspirations.
If you still have the fire in your eyes – then you are strong.
5. You're constantly improving yourself.
Continuous improvement is better than delayed perfection. - Mark Twain
6. You face your fears.
Being able to face your fears is a huge indicator you're stronger than you think.
7. You work on your weaknesses.
You accept your weaknesses – work with and around them in order to achieve your goals.
8. You are seldom jealous.
If you can cheer others on, and celebrate their wins with them, it means that you are confident in your own affairs... Congratulate more than criticize.
9. You don’t bother wearing masks.
You don’t pretend to be anyone but who you are.
10. You're okay with taking up challenges.
You don’t run away from work, or complain about problems when they arise, but tackle them head-on.
Bonus... You are not afraid of being alone.
Even in the face of rejection, failure, abandonment, and despair, if you are able to find yourself at peace, know that without an ounce of doubt, you are stronger than you give yourself credit for...

Five Tips to Help You Worry Less About What Others Think of You
1. Realize most people aren’t really thinking about you.
We often think others are staring at us or thinking about us continually, but in reality, they’re not. They’re just not.
They are probably busy thinking of their own lives and their own issues.
2. Believe in yourself.
I know this may be hard to accept for some people, but what you believe about yourself is more important than what others think of you.
3. Practice reciting positive affirmations.
Allowing others to control your feelings based on what they think of you can feel like a prison.
You can stay free from that prison by practicing positive affirmations daily.
4. Embrace authenticity.
To be authentic means to be who you are – all of you.
5. Don’t judge others.
Do you make it a habit to judge others?
If so, think about how it feels when people judge you. It doesn’t feel great.
Let others be who they are right where they are on their journey and focus more on you.

The legendary Babe Ruth hit 714 home runs and struck out 1,330 times in his career—setting single-season records for both in his time.
Why? Because players who get on base are, by definition, in the game and have a chance to score. Swinging for a home run often means that the player strikes out completely.
Because if you chase high returns, which come with high risks, there is a good chance that you could lose your capital and be completely out of the game.

I was not going to regret trying to participate in this thing called the Internet that I thought was going to be a really big deal. I knew that if I failed I wouldn’t regret that, but I knew the one thing I might regret is not ever having tried.

But, until you jump in, you’ll never learn to swim.

Success Is Your Duty
Cardone’s life changed when he stopped waiting for success and began thinking of it as an ethical obligation—that is, as a duty to himself, his family, and his company.
Those who treat success as an option or who make excuses for not succeeding aren’t living up to their potential. And not living up to your potential is unethical. This applies to every aspect of life: work, marriage and family, health, faith, social contribution, and legacy.
People often think of success as an option, something that may or may not happen. Others settle for modest success.

life means a continual battle.

Life is a war, says Franz Kafka, "a war with yourself, a war with your circumstances, a war with the fools who created these conditions ..."
Learn The 33 Strategies of War.
The 33 Strategies of War was written by American author Robert Greene in 2006. It is composed of discussions and examples of offensive and defensive strategies from a wide variety of people and conditions, applying them to social conflicts such as family quarrels and business negotiations.
Brilliant distillations of the strategies of war—and the subtle social game of everyday life—by the bestselling author of The 48 Laws of Power and The Laws of Human Nature
Robert Greene’s groundbreaking guides, The 48 Laws of Power, The Art of Seduction, and Mastery, espouse profound, timeless lessons from the events of history to help readers vanquish an enemy, ensnare an unsuspecting victim, or become the greatest in their field. In The 33 Strategies of War, Greene has crafted an important addition to this ruthless and unique series.
Part I
SELF-DIRECTED WARFARE
1: Declare war on your enemies: Polarity
You cannot fight effectively unless you can identify them. Learn to smoke them out, then inwardly declare war. Your enemies can fill you with purpose and direction.
2: Do not fight the last war: Guerilla-war-of-the-mind
Wage war on the past and ruthlessly force yourself to react to the present. Make everything fluid and mobile.
3: Amidst the turmoil of events, do not lose your presence of mind: Counterbalance
Keep your presence in mind whatever the circumstances. Make your mind tougher by exposing it to adversity. Learn to detach yourself from the chaos of the battlefield.
4: Create a sense of urgency and desperation: Death-ground
Place yourself where your back is against the wall and you have to fight like hell to get out alive.
Create a chain of command where people do not feel constrained by your influence yet follow your lead. Create a sense of participation, but do not fall into groupthink.
The critical elements in war are speed and adaptability--the ability to move and make decisions faster than the enemy. Break your forces into independent groups that can operate on their own. Give them the spirit of the campaign, a mission to accomplish, and room to run.
Get them to think less about themselves and more about the group. Involve them in a cause, a crusade against a hated enemy. Make them see their survival is tied to the success of the army as a whole.

In a perfect world, you would be really good at everything you need to have a successful business and a successful life. Then again, in an ideal world, you'd also have fantastic hair, abs of steel, and a winning lottery ticket in your pocket.
Here in this imperfect world, we all have to face the fact that we're good at some things, just passable at others, and lousy at some that are really important.
If you're an entrepreneur, this can be frustrating because you want to be good at everything. Worse, you may believe you have to be good at everything because you're the only one who can make your company a success. Well, guess what? You're not good at everything, and neither is anyone else.
So what can we do?
Here are 6 ways to turn your weaknesses into strengths.
Recognize and accept your weaknesses.
Get guidance from someone you trust.
Get prepared.
Hire the skills you lack.
Get just good enough.
Serve others with the same weakness.
Combining this and turn your weakness into a strength.

The 48 Laws Of Power draws on many of history's most famous power quarrels to show you what power looks like, how you can get it, what to do to defend yourself against the power of others, and, most importantly, how to use it well and keep it.
In “The 48 Laws of Power,” best-selling author Robert Greene argues that if you manage to seduce, charm, and deceive your opponents, you will attain the ultimate power. Greene states that the better you become at handling power, the better friend, lover, and person you will become.

What Is Leadership?
Leadership is the act of guiding a group of people or an organization to a desired goal, result, or higher level. Memorialized throughout history, the greatest leaders have inspired millions of people and continue to do so even after their leaderships end.
“Leadership is the capacity to influence others through inspiration motivated by passion, generated by. vision, produced by a conviction, ignited by a purpose.” – Dr. Myles Munroe, The Spirit of Leadership.
What Makes A Good Leader Great?Great leaders find the balance between business foresight, performance, and character. They have vision, courage, integrity, humility, and focus, along with the ability to plan strategically and catalyze cooperation among their team.
Most leaders reflect on their most effective leadership qualities and try to apply them on a daily basis.

“You can do anything. You can be anything you want to be. As long as you believe in yourself and work hard.”
Always believe in yourself. That and a lot of hard work will take you anywhere you want.
Never stop believing in yourself and never stop working hard towards your dreams!
The world is full of abundance and opportunity, but far too many people come to the fountain of life with a sieve instead of a tank car... a teaspoon instead of a steam shovel. They expect little and as a result, they get little.

Life will place us in situations like this all the time, all we have to do is to decide whether to rest or to give up. Our mind will fail to gauge our physical potential in times of extreme workload. But, if we learn to rest rather than give up during those times, we will be recharged and ready for some more action.
Many fail to differentiate between ‘Resting’ and ‘Quitting’ and that is the reason why many throw in the towel early. After proper rest, we will be energized and with a fresh mind, we can overcome the wall that was obstructing us previously.
Know when to rest because an exhausted and dull mind won’t help you go ahead.
Here’s how to get the rest you deserve.
Physical RestMental Rest
Social Rest
Creative Rest
Emotional Rest
Spiritual Rest
Sensory Rest
Try to find your borderline. Know when to rest and when to march on.

"You don't get a second chance to make a first impression," says James Uleman, Ph.D., a psychology professor at New York University and researcher on impression management. "In spite of the congeniality of many professional gatherings, judgments are being made and impressions formed all the time."
The fact is that when you first meet a person, he makes a judgment about you in approximately four seconds, and his judgment is finalized largely within 30 seconds of the initial contact.
The ancient Greeks spent a lot of time thinking and writing about the effect of one personality on another.
They broke down the process of communication into three parts, which they called ethos, pathos, and logos.
The ethos of communication is defined as the ethical part. This revolves around the person you really are and, more important, the person you are perceived to be.
How To Make A Great First ImpressionNow, here are two things you can do immediately to put these ideas into action.
First, take complete control over every detail of your personal appearance and grooming. Resolve to look like a powerful, influential person in all your business activities.
Second, study fashion and proper dress so you know exactly what to wear and in what combination. Read a book, take a seminar or even hire an image consultant.
Small changes in your appearance can change your life.

What Is an Alpha Male?
An alpha male is a man who is highly intelligent, confident, and successful.
Alpha males are generally considered great leaders and prefer to be in positions of power.
Common traits alpha males possess include:
Being in a position of power
Being comfortable with high levels of responsibility
Liking to call the shots
Being the most powerful, impressive, or successful person in the room
Ability to draw people to them and have high levels of influence
An alpha male mindset is being confident and comfortable with yourself, having self-control, and staying in the moment, knowing you can handle anything.
The alpha–beta dynamic is confidence & capable versus bitching & weak. Betas are pathetic men; whereas, alphas kick ass in life. Everyone has the ability to be an alpha, and the world needs more! These are simple and basic things such as personal responsibility and integrity. Do you have it?
Do you have what it takes to be an alpha?
Embraces being uncomfortable and does something that scares him — alphas push themselves outside of their boundaries. Be willing to embrace your fears and be uncomfortable.
Never criticizes without contribution — it’s easy to criticize. An alpha helps others be better because he sees them as trying. He’s not a keyboard warrior who is weak and pathetic.
Respects others even if he disagrees with them — society today is full of insecure people who can’t deal with people who disagree with them. Alpha males don’t need to agree with someone’s lifestyle to respect it.
Is strong physically, mentally, AND emotionally — it’s not easy but alphas understand that they have to deal with their issues, and thus, they are able to move forward.
Is financially responsible — money stress robs every ounce of joy out of life. Alphas live below their means and invest. Scared money doesn’t make money. Decades of data show that globally diversified portfolios of low-cost index funds are the best way to put your savings to work.
Doesn’t invest time, money, and energy in people who don’t deserve it — alphas get toxic people out of their life. Toxic people make you feel bad about yourself.
Leads by example — what you see is what you get with an alpha. They walk the walk and talk the talk, and they don’t apologize for being themselves.
Is humble — alphas acknowledge their mistakes and apologize.
Is proud but not arrogant — they are proud of their accomplishments and who they are. They don’t boast or brag. True alphas understand being proud and confident without having to prove anything.
Is a man of his word — alphas don’t bullish!t and don’t say ‘yes’ when they should be saying ‘no’.
Start investing today! The ten laws listed are:
1) Purpose of life,
2) Confidence,
3) Masculine Energy and Presence,
4) Alpha communication skills,
5) Alpha social skills,
6) Alpha Male society,
7) Alpha Male Style,
8) Body Language,
9) Developing an attraction mindset, and
10) Living the Alpha Male Healthy Lifestyle.

The Psychology of Money explores how money moves around in an economy and how personal biases and the emotional factor play an important role in our financial decisions, as well as how to think more rationally and make better decisions when it comes to money.
Here are my three favorite lessons from the book:
Lesson 1: When it comes to managing your money, it’s better to leave greed out of it.
Lesson 2: Strong emotions such as envy can push you towards making sloppy decisions.
Lesson 3: The experiences we have early on in our life determine our financial decisions.

Doing hard things means intentionally taking action toward something that you know will not be easy, and yet the end result will far exceed the effort you will exert and the pain you will suffer.
One good reason to do hard things is that by doing them, they begin to feel easier — not because they are actually easier, but because by doing them, we become more adapted to and more adept at conquering them. Choosing to do what’s difficult makes us stronger to face difficult things.

10 Ways to Ignore the Naysayers and Achieve Your Dreams
How to Banish Doubts in Three Steps As doubts are so insidious, how do you beat them? It’s three simple steps, but each one is a bit more difficult than they sound:
You have to continue to be vigilant, and aware of your doubts before they stop you cold in your tracks. This is a constant process as you pursue your dreams, not a one-time thing. Doubts, like insects, will continue to come back, even after you’ve killed the first wave or two. You can’t let them thrive and overcome you.

The four-temperament theory is a proto-psychological theory that suggests that there are four fundamental personality types:
Sanguine,
Choleric,
Melancholic and
Phlegmatic.
Phlegmatic.
Most formulations include the possibility of mixtures among the types where an individual's personality types overlap, and they share two or more temperaments.
Sanguine
The sanguine temperament is fundamentally sociable and pleasure-seeking; sanguine people are impulsive and charismatic. They tend to enjoy social gatherings, and making new friends and tend to be boisterous.
Choleric
The choleric temperament is fundamentally ambitious and leader-like. They have a lot of aggression, energy, and/or passion, and try to instill that in others.
Melancholic
The melancholic temperament is fundamentally introverted and is given thought. Melancholic people often are perceived as very (or overly) pondering and are both considerate and very cautious. They are organized and schedule oriented.
Phlegmatic
The phlegmatic temperament is fundamentally relaxed and quiet, ranging from warmly attentive to lazily sluggish. Phlegmatic tend to be content with themselves and are kind. Phlegmatic is consistent, they can be relied upon to be steady and faithful friends.

Renowned leadership expert, John C. Maxwell, said it best: “Everything rises and falls on leadership.”
After thirty-five years of working in leadership roles, the hard reality of this truth is hard to ignore.
1. Every Church depends on leadership.
2. Every Nation depends on leadership.
Whenever there is a good leader, you will notice a great deal of development and you will notice prosperity.
3. Every Community depends on leadership.
4. Every Family depends on leadership.
A family becomes rich or poor depending on the father’s leadership.
5. Every Continent depends on its leadership.
5 Leadership Thoughts from John C. Maxwell
“The secret of your success is determined by your daily agenda.
If you are a leader, you should never forget that everyone needs encouragement. And everyone who receives it - young or old, successful or less-than-successful, unknown or famous - is changed by it.”
“A leader is one who knows the way, goes the way, and shows the way.”
“People may hear your words, but they feel your attitude.”
“People buy into the leader before they buy into the vision.”

Relationship Goals by (Michael Todd) will open your mind to the true nature of healthy connections with others and help you prepare for health and happiness while you’re single and when you get married by outlining common relationship traps and how to avoid them.
Here are 3 of my favorite lessons that Todd teaches in the book:
Don’t be picky, nobody’s perfect, so you need to keep your relationship goals realistic.
If you want to have a strong marriage, become mentally and emotionally strong while you’re single.
To have a healthy connection with your spouse keep improving yourself and continue to date each other.
Growing up, the author didn’t receive much relationship advice beyond “no sex until after you’re married.” Because the church isn’t great at handling this aspect of life, many people turn to advice from TV, movies, or celebrities and end up ruining their relationships while single.
The problem with these sources is they oversimplify it all into just love, marriage, and children. But this doesn’t account for the intricacies and steps in between.
Instead, the author teaches there are six levels of progression in relationships:
Singleness
Dating
Engagement
Marriage
Love
Children
WHAT EVERY WOMAN NEEDS
-SECURITY: A safe place, a safe heart where her needs are taken care of, a healthy emotion. Her financial needs must be met too.
-AFFECTION: Loving gestures. Affection is not sex but it could result from affection. Affection is something the woman needs to grow. Take away security and affection from a woman and she cannot function.
-COMMUNICATION: Women speak more than men. They may not necessarily want solutions to the problems they share with you but empathy and being able to relate.
WHAT EVERY MAN NEEDS
-HONOUR AND RESPECT. He needs you to hold him in high esteem and praise him. A lot of women damage their relationships because they use the wrong words with their partners. Honor the man you want him to be, rather than the man he is. Women are the prophets in the home.
“No matter where you are and no matter what stage of life you are in, Relationship Goals will be a game changer.”

SuperLife: The 5 Simple Fixes That Will Make You Healthy, Fit, and Eternally Awesome

Quality Nutrition,

Alkalization.
As with oxygenation, stress will only limit the benefits of engaging with these practices. Stress acidifies your body. Similarly, not getting enough sleep has an acidifying effect on the body. Cancerous cells thrive in acidic environments. Darin also provides a list of foods that are acidifying and, therefore, should be avoided:

In addition to these foods, Darin recommends avoiding nicotine, caffeine, preservatives, additives, industrial chemicals, and alcohol. Each of these is also acidifying.
The Secret Force – Exercise
As well as the five forces, Darin introduces a secret force associated with the other five forces. This secret force is exercise.
Darin recommends exercise that is high intensity and over short periods. Always try and incorporate weights into your exercises. Add movement into your day, whether that is just going for a walk somewhere rather than driving. Darin emphasizes that exercise does not have to be done in a gym. Outside exercise is better as it improves your body’s oxygenation.

If you want to be wealthy, you'll need to start thinking as the wealthy do.
Start by defining YOUR financial goals: how much money do you want to have in a year’s time, In five years' time, etc.
If you have a number, Good.
Now if you want to see that money in your bank account, you'll need to develop a wealth mindset.
What is a wealth mindset? If you dig deeper into the stories of wealthy people, you’ll notice a pattern:
Rarely will a wealthy person be able to boil down their success to a single miraculous moment. Instead, they’ll cite their mindset as the biggest reason for their prosperity.
A wealth mindset is a set of beliefs, habits, and behaviors that separates the wealthy from the poor. A wealth mindset will guide you to make the most of the money you have.
A wealth mindset means spending less, making wise investments, and looking for ways to improve financial standing with minimal risk.
Here is the good news, The good news is that with a little dedication, anyone can develop a wealth mindset.
What is a Poor Mindset?
The antithesis of a wealth mindset is a poor mindset. Most who have this "poor mindset" don’t realize they have it.
A poor mindset is any of the following: thinking that earning money is wrong, that it can be done without effort, that you'll never climb out of the pit of debt, or that you just don’t have the special sauce it takes to increase your cash flow.
This mindset undermines your money goals and will actively drive wealth away from you unless you work to counteract it.
1. Set Goals, Be Patient, Persevere
2. Invest for the future today
3. Never stop hustling
4. Maintain a positive attitude
The key is to start small and tackle bite-sized goals first. Like compound interest, these small investments build up over time and further your progress toward your wealth goals.
Within months, weeks, or even days, your wealth goals will be on the fast track to success.

She then brings together wisdom and insights from luminaries in a wide array of fields, inspiring listeners to consider what they’re meant to do in the world and how to pursue it with passion and focus. These renowned figures share the greatest lessons from their own journeys toward a life filled with purpose.

Develop A Millionaire Mindset
Truly wealthy people develop the habit of “getting rich slow” rather than “getting rich quick.” To assure this, they have two rules with regard to money. Rule number one: Don’t lose money. Rule number two: If ever you feel tempted, refer back to rule number one, “don’t lose money.”
Develop the habit of asking for higher prices when you are selling and asking for lower prices when you buy. Ask for lower interest rates. Ask for better terms and conditions. Ask for immediate payment when you sell and ask for deferred payment when you buy. Ask repeatedly. Ask pleasantly. Ask courteously. Ask expectantly. Ask confidently. But don’t be afraid to ask. Ask for what you want, and if you don’t get it, ask for something else.

Road to The self-made millionaire (Series)
Whether it’s building a successful business or climbing the career ladder, you can find inspiration from people who have done the seemingly impossible: Change the world and become a Millionaire.
Steve Adcock - The self-made millionaire says he got rich the “old-fashioned way”—by investing wisely, marrying the right person, and living a frugal life.
1. Company loyalty will make you poor.
If you’re not switching jobs regularly, you’re leaving money on the table. Taking a new position at a different company is one of the best ways to get a substantial raise.
2. Most millionaires are self-made.
A 2022 report from research firm Ramsey Solutions found that 74% of millennials believe millionaires inherited their money, and more than half of baby boomers think the same.
3. Your life partner can hurt your finances.
Many people get married young, in their early- sometimes the relationship tension is money-related, like opposite spending habits or an unwillingness to have money conversations.
4. You don’t need to hustle 24/7.
You might think that hustling will make you rich faster, but it also means having less time to take care of your body. And no amount of money is worth neglecting your physical and mental health.
5. Growing up poor doesn’t mean you can’t build wealth.
Learn the value of saving and investing, credit card debt would ruin my financial stability,
even if without a six-figure salary, you can still get rich...
6. A prestigious degree doesn’t guarantee wealth.
While your degree can help you get your foot in the right door, it’s what you do after you graduate that makes the real difference.
Start an emergency fund and invested at least 10% of your income starting today.
look for less expensive options — perhaps paying in-state tuition at a school that has a great program in what you are interested in.
7. Your passion won’t pay the bills.
Rich celebrities will often tell you that they achieved success by following their passions. But that doesn’t work for everyone.
Now, as an early retiree, I’m actually able to enjoy and spend more time on my passions.

What is the compound effect formula? The Compound Effect will show you why big, abrupt changes rarely work and how you can change your life over time with the power of small, daily steps, a routine that builds momentum and the courage to break through your limits when you reach them The Compound Effect. Darren Hardy, the publisher of SUCCESS magazine, tells us that the formula is simple: —> “Small, Smart Choices + Consistency + Time = RADICAL DIFFERENCE.” Small, smart choices, consistently applied over an extended period of time = HUGE results = The Compound Effect. The Compound Effect helped me to start looking for my bad habits which is critical because the earlier you catch them, the easier they are to fix. And it helped me to actively start building positive new habits that build towards my end goals. Good habits help us build momentum!
A penny that doubles in value each day for 31 days ends up being worth over $10 million. Similarly, in our personal life, small changes maintained consistently over time lead to unexpectedly dramatic results. Eating 100 fewer calories per day for an entire year would cause you to lose 10 pounds. At first, we won't see the difference, 5 months or even a year goes by and everything may look relatively the same. But give it two or three years and the differences can blow you away. So, what are some small choices you could be making on a daily basis, that could compound into positive changes for you in the future? “New or more information is not what you need—a new plan of action is. It’s time to create new behaviors and habits that are oriented away from sabotage and toward success. “The most challenging aspect of the Compound Effect is that we have to keep working away for a while, consistently and efficiently, before we can begin to see the payoff.

Garbage in, garbage out
In computer science, garbage in, garbage out is the concept that flawed, or nonsense input data produces nonsense output. Rubbish in, rubbish out is an alternate wording. The principle applies to all logical argumentation: sound arguments can lead to unsound conclusions if their premises are flawed.

"Thinking, Fast and Slow" is all about how two systems — intuition and slow thinking — shape our judgment, and how we can effectively tap into both. Using principles of behavioral economics, Kahneman walks us through how to think and avoid mistakes in situations when the stakes are really high
What is the difference between fast thinking and slow thinking?
Fast thinking (dubbed System 1 by Kahneman) is unconscious, emotional, and instinctive. Fast thinking results in snap judgments and, sometimes, prejudice.
Slow thinking (System 2) is what most of us would consider actual thought: it's conscious, deliberative, and mostly rational.
Daniel Kahneman is a Nobel Laureate in Economics who is a psychologist by training. He won the prize mostly for his work in decision making, specifically Prospect Theory. This book distills a lifetime of work on the engine of human thinking, highlighting our cognitive biases and showing both the brilliance and limitations of the human mind.

"The 5 Love Languages" was first published in 1992. Before writing the book, Chapman began to notice patterns in couples he was counseling. He realized that the couples were misunderstanding each other's needs.
That led him to come up with five love languages, or ways that people in relationships express love. They are:
Words of affirmation
Quality time
Physical touch
Acts of service
Receiving gifts

We found that three barriers keep women from leadership positions: gender stereotypes, social and institutional factors, and individual mindsets.

Lean In is all about maximizing your career. In parts, it’s about how we all do things that sabotage our own opportunities
and in others, it’s directly targeted at women, such as how they approach juggling the demands of family and work at the same time.
Zozibini Tunzi blew everyone away with her quote on the importance of teaching young women leadership, and to “take up leadership spaces,”
In Miss Universe 2019's final round, all three finalists were asked the question,
"What is the most important thing we should be teaching young girls today?"
Zozibini Tunzi's winning answer was, "The most important thing we should be teaching young girls today is leadership." "Nothing is [as] important as taking up space in society and cementing yourself,"
Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie defines feminism as a man or a woman who says,

What do The Four Agreements -
In The Four Agreements, don Miguel Ruiz reveals the source of self-limiting beliefs that rob us of joy and create needless suffering. Based on ancient Toltec wisdom, The Four Agreements offer a powerful code of conduct that can rapidly transform our lives to a new experience of freedom, true happiness, and love.
1: Be Impeccable With Your Word.
Words have energy and power with the ability to help, to heal, to hinder, to hurt, to harm, to humiliate, and to humble.” Think of the power we wield and the impact we can make if we become more intentional about encouraging our sponsored children. The right words make all the difference.
2: Don't Take Anything Personally.
Nothing others do is because of you. What others say and do is a projection of their own reality, their own dream. When you are immune to the opinions and actions of others, you won’t be the victim of needless suffering.
3: Don't Make Assumptions.
Find the courage to ask questions and to express what you really want. Communicate with others as clearly as you can to avoid misunderstandings, sadness, and drama. With just this one agreement, you can completely transform your life.
4: Always Do Your Best.
Your best is going to change from moment to moment; it will be different when you are healthy as opposed to sick. Under any circumstance, simply do your best, and you will avoid self-judgment, self-abuse, and regret.

Obama’s excellent advice: Focus on what you want to do, not what you want to be
“Worry less about what you want to be, and think more about what you want to do. Because this town is full of people who want to be a congressman or want to be a senator or want to be president.
And if that’s your focus, if that’s your moral compass, then you’re consistently going to be making decisions solely on the basis of how do I get, for me, what I want.
If you think in terms of what do I want to do? ‘I want to solve climate change or ‘I want to employ disadvantaged youth’ or ‘I want to fix a broken healthcare system’, then even if you don’t get to the place you wanted to be or the office you wanted, during that entire time you’re going to be working on stuff that’s real and getting stuff done…
Do great things.”
The question to ask yourself is not “What can I get?”
The question that will propel you the furthest and offer the most meaningful and satisfying course of action is “What can I give?”

The 80/20 Principle: The Secret to Achieving More with Less
Richard Koch
The 80/20 rule, also known as the Pareto Principle, is attributed to the Italian economist, Vilfredo Pareto. In one of his papers, Pareto noted that about 80% of the land in Italy belonged to approximately 20% of the country’s total population. In essence, the Pareto Principle infers that there’s an 80-to-20 relationship between effects and their causes.
80% of all frustrations in a relationship are caused by just 20% of the problems.
80% of your success comes from 20% of your ideas.
80% of the public uses 20% of their computers' features.
80% of crimes are committed by 20% of criminals.
80% of the wealth is owned by 20% of the population.
The Inverse
20% of your wardrobe is worn 80% of the time.
20% of farmers produce 80% of the world's agriculture.
20% of your rug has 80% of the wear-and-tear.
20% of your phone apps get 80% usage.
20% of foods cause 80% of the weight gain.
20% of your TV channels are watched 80% of the time.
The 80/20 rule is a success principle that you can apply to any aspect of your life. By using the Pareto Principle, you focus on the 20 percent of items that help you achieve 80 percent of your success.

In The Power of Habit, Charles Duhigg draws on extensive research to explore how habits develop into automatic behaviors that influence personal lives, businesses, and communities. He explains why unhealthy habits are notoriously difficult to break and provides a practical framework to help you understand and change any habit.
Habits Are Automatic Patterns of Behavior Charles Duhigg argues that habits are unconscious decisions you make without actually thinking about them. While you may assume that you’re continually making conscious decisions, Duhigg claims that more than 40% of your daily behaviors are driven by habits that you automatically engage in without conscious thought. Since your habits inform such a large part of how you think and what you do, they have an enormous impact on your health, productivity, relationships, and overall happiness.

What’s the difference between a good leader and a great leader? According to John Maxwell, leadership expert, best-selling author, and founder of the world-famous John Maxwell Group, the answer depends on what level of leadership ability a person reaches. In 5 Levels of Leadership, Maxwell outlines the various stages of leadership from least evolved to most evolved.
What are the 5 Levels of Leadership? Level 1 – Position
A leader grants a particular person the right to lead. As a result, people follow them because they are directed to, not because they are influential.
Level 2 – Permission
The leader focuses on building and growing relationships with their employees. As a result, their team members give them free permission to lead.
Level 3 – Production
When a leader reaches Level Three, they focus on the increase of results. In turn, people follow them because they trust the person knows what they’re doing and will lead them in the right direction.
Level 4 – People Development
Those who reach Level Four are servant leaders who teach, mentor, and multiply other leaders. They obtain and maintain followers because people know they positively influence the lives of everyone around them.
Level 5 – Pinnacle
Level Five leaders—the rarest type of leader—are well-known for their accomplishments, how they’ve enriched the lives of others, and led their organizations to change the world for the better. These leaders have followers because of who they are, what they’ve done, and what they represent to people.

If you find it hard to be assertive, directly ask for what you want, or say "no" to others, then you just might be suffering from too much niceness.
In this book, world-renowned confidence expert, Dr. Aziz Gazipura, takes an incisive look at the concept of nice. Through his typical style, Dr. Aziz uses engaging stories, humor, and disarming vulnerability to cut through the nice conditioning and liberate the boldest, expressive, authentic version of you. You'll discover how to:
=> Easily say "no" when you want to and need to.
=> Confidently and effectively ask for what you want.
=> Speak up more freely in all your relationships.
=> Eliminate feelings of guilt, anxiety, and worry about what others will think.
Being nice does not come out of goodness or high morals. It comes out of a fear of displeasing others and receiving their disapproval.
"Not Nice" by Dr. Aziz Gazipura is what I recommend for you.

With all the business and stress these days it can be hard to imagine peace. If you came from a traumatic background or had a lousy childhood that was anything but peaceful, it can seem like a pipe dream. Create a peaceful home for yourself, your family, and your children's children.
some of these tips will definitely help create the peaceful home you desire.
Support each other
Pray for each other
Cook for each other
Cultivating a peaceful home is much like growing a beautiful garden. It must be intentionally tended to regularly in order to flourish. This means pulling weeds (getting rid of bad habits, toxic behaviors, and nasty attitudes), tending the soil

Most people have the fear of criticism and rejection. Most of us fear criticism. This fear originates usually in childhood if those upon whom we depend are regularly critical of us. As children, we believe what we hear, and imitate what we observe.
Criticism, and the fear of it, robs us of self-esteem, minimizes our personal initiative, crumbles our sense of adequacy and power, takes away self-reliance, and generates many other negative effects. Parents who criticize more than praise and encourage, do their children considerable psychological harm.
Ways to Overcome the Fear of Criticism
Don't take criticism personally. That sounds a lot easier than it is, in practice, for many people. The key is to remind yourself, constantly, who or what you're
You are a leader and don’t forget that.

Deep down people know the solutions to their problems.
People do not need advice.
No matter how moving their story is, sometimes, they’ll go out and make the exact mistakes their parents warned them of. It’s only then that the children understand the value of their parents’ wisdom.
Do more and speak less. Lead by example.
Actions always speak louder than words.

If you had to guess, what would you say investor Warren Buffett and civil rights activist Rosa Parks had in common? How about Charles Darwin, Al Gore, J.K. Rowling, Albert Einstein, Mahatma Gandhi, and Google’s Larry Page? They are icons. They are leaders. And they are introverts.
The Power of Introverts
Quiet: The Power of Introverts in a World That Can't Stop Talking is a 2012 non-fiction book written by Susan Cain. Cain argues that modern Western culture misunderstands and undervalues the traits and capabilities of introverted people, leading to "a colossal waste of talent, energy, and happiness".
Author Susan Cain explains the fallacy of "group work," and points to research showing that it can reduce creativity and productivity
Introverts are more likely to be effective leaders in organizations that encourage workers to contribute ideas. Introverts’ listening skills may draw top results from their teams. Introverts also are observant, noticing details and connections others may not—including contributions that other introverts can make.

Big Stick policy, in American history, is a policy popularized by US President Theodore Roosevelt that asserted U.S. domination.
A soft voice makes people feel relaxed and open. It conveys your love, respect, and gratitude.
This makes it easier for you to share your opinions and also for them to improve on the feedback. Your job is to uplift the people around you, and being soft-spoken voice does just that.
Can a soft person be a leader?
A soft-spoken person can exhibit prime leadership material in several important ways: By listening more, and not just speaking.
“The more you say, the more common you appear, and the less in control… Powerful people impress and intimidate by saying less. The more you say, the more likely you are to say something foolish.”

We can all tell stories of people who were lured into an addiction, a dangerous investment, a bad relationship, an abortion, or infidelity. We see the warning signs. We even mention it to our other friends. But in the end, we regret that we didn’t say something to the one teetering on the edge of failure before it became a huge issue.
Next time you’re asked to contribute to a discussion or stand up for someone, don’t hesitate.

PLEASE NOTE: The quote is attributed to Edmund Burke.
“The world suffers a lot. Not because of the violence of bad people. But because of the silence of good people.” – Napoleon One could argue that not only did Napoleon not say it, he also didn’t abide by it. The Napoleonic Wars tore Europe apart and caused hundreds of thousands of deaths. The French general’s brutal repression of his enemies caused the world and the good people in it to “suffer a lot.” If there’s one thing worse than a fraud, it’s a hypocritical fraud. A pat variation on “the only thing necessary for evil men to triumph is good men to do nothing,” there’s no record of Napoleon writing or saying this to anyone at any time. Numerous well-sourced lists of Napoleon quotes are out there, and not a single one includes this quote, nor does any searchable Napoleon biography.

Walk with the wise and become wise; associate with fools and get in trouble.
To walk with wise men means to associate with and be in a relationship with people who are wise. The result of walking with the wise is that you become wise as well. Who you surround yourself with will determine what kind of person you become, whether wise or foolish.
Who do you consider a wise person?
They Are Trustworthy and Steadfast. A wise person treats others as they want to be treated because they know it will help them, not hurt them. The wise person is who we always go to when we need solid advice. Wise people are who we turn to and who we trust in times of need.

• Purpose gives My Life Meaning. ...
• Purpose creates A value system. ...
• Knowing my purpose Increases my feeling Of self-worth. ...
• Pursuing py purpose leads To fulfillment and happiness. ...
• Living my purpose is good for my mental and physical health.
“The purpose of your life is far greater than your own personal fulfillment, your peace of mind, or even your happiness. It's far greater than your family, your career, or even your wildest dreams and ambitions. If you want to know why you were placed on this planet, you must begin with God.

As well as optimizing the 3 Ms, Kwik talks about the 4 Ds that can make living a limitless life difficult in the modern world. These are:
Digital Deluge – We consume significantly more data now in one day than a person centuries ago would have in their entire lifetime. This can leave our brains overwhelmed.
Digital Distraction – Instead of relaxing into our time, we often pull our phones out. This ultimately trains our distraction muscles.
Digital Dementia – Overreliance on technology could lead to us no longer honing our cognitive abilities. We should look at our brains more like a muscle rather than a hard drive.
Digital Deduction – The automation of critical thinking and problem-solving makes us much worse at these skills, but we will always need these skills in life.

Think about your biggest goal and dreams. Why haven’t you accomplished it yet? the answer is basic: Fear. Fear is the limiting factor stopping you from working toward what you want.
Fear distracts us and leads to making excuses.
Learning how to overcome fear is one of the most liberating pursuits you can undertake.
Fears can be overcome by faith and purpose. If you know what you want and take the necessary actions to overcome your fears, you will achieve far more in your life than if you are held back by doubt and uncertainty.
