It is possible to break free from the shackles of mind, painful thoughts and suffering. We all have inner strength and capabilities to cross any challenge in life. It is just like an elephant we don't make an attempt. We need to become aware of what is troubling us, and then think of relevant solution as per our situation. Once you decide to be free you will be surprised at the answers you come up with. These answers which come from within you convince you of a good result. The situation becomes win win and you are able break free willingly without any doubt's. Challenge your pain and suffering and emerge a confident person wirh balanced mind. Are you grieving ?
Many of us are grieving our loved ones whom we may have lost this year or earlier. I too lost my father this year and miss him dearly, yet when I realized that, my grieving is holding him back and not letting him move on further to his journey HOME I am now remembering him with a lot of love I too want him to meet his loved lost ones and the Divine and celebrate his 'Home coming'. Hence, I ask you too to let your loved ones proceed further and miss them in happier times. They are showering their love and blessings on you. Receive this with much love and reverence.
