Jeremy Malone has been a lifer at one of the biggest commercial real estate developers in the state of Idaho, Oppenheimer Companies. Drey and Tayler recorded this episode at the 2023 CREi Summit in Orlando, Florida. Rod was a presenter at the event and was kind enough to dive into a podcast episode to discuss Artificial Intelligence as it pertains to Commercial Real Estate. One of Rod's best lines during his presentation was: "AI is not going to take your job as a commercial real estate broker. But a commercial real estate broker who knows how to leverage AI will." The Podcast is coming full circle in this episode! Back in 2021 show hosts, Tayler Tibbitts and Drey Campbell, attended the inaugural Commercial Real Estate Influencers (CREi) Summit in Truckee, CA. It was there they had the idea to start the TVCRE Podcast, which is now the CREducation podcast!
Ken Ashley, Casey Flannery, and Sarah Malcolm have been instrumental in the growth of the CREi Summit, which just wrapped up it's third annual event. It was there that Tayler and Drey invited them onto the show to talk about the growth of the Summit and CREi in general, and now we have this great episode for you!

Brett Ekart of United Metals Recycling appears in this episode of the TVCRE Podcast. Brett is a go getter! Brock Cherry is the Community Development Director for the City of Mountain Home, Idaho. Srinivasa Nookala is the Vice President of Development at LDK Ventures and resides in Idaho's Treasure Valley.
