In episode 3, we use one of Amelia’s intimacy coaching techniques to talk about the birthing process. Her acronym INWFL (intentions, needs, wants, fears, limits) is one she uses with clients, in workshops, and, of course, in real life.
In the second episode, we talk about all the medical aspects of the pregnancy so far. The first scan, translation hiccups and thinking ahead to the birth. We then get on our highest horses to moralise about consent, kid photos, and social media. Enjoy!
