In this episode I share about my battle with grumbling and how I’m working through it by the grace of Yah. Hopefully I can share some encouragement along the way. Here are some reasons why it’s not good:1. It is sin: numbers 14; matt12:37 2. Shifts our focus psalm 19:143. Ruins our witness This is what you should do instead. 1. Give thanks psalm 107:1-3 2. Sing praises Ephesians 5:19-21 3. Prayer (especially in tongues) 1 Thessalonians 5:15-184. Read/write scripture psalm 119:11 Be blessed and stay strong in your battle--- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/tricia-williams/message

A touchy subject today. What is a Christian? What do they really believe? Who are we called to be as followers of the Most High Yah? What about the laws are they for today? I’ll be sharing about my coming into the awakening of the truth as revealed in the scriptures. It’s a crazy world out there but we are blessed by the son. --- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/tricia-williams/message

In this episode I’ll be sharing ten ideas for homeschooling kids with the end times in mind. And some bonuses too. There are many more examples of how we can unschool our kids and prepare them for what is to come but at the same time make sure that they are getting a round enough education. And I bet they are not teaching this stuff in school. --- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/tricia-williams/message

Helicopter parenting has a bad wrap. It’s beneficial if you do it right.

In this episode I want to share how important it is to know your kids, who they are deep down. Here’s how I do this: - I use my flaws to draw them in - I see them as my friends - I find balance between being a rule maker and their confidant - I use Biblical teachings to reach their hearts - I treat all ages as equally important when creating closeness I also share some pointers on how you can use helicopter parenting to draw your kids close by: - starting small and being consistent - Doing chores together - Doing things they like - Sharing your struggles - Asking questions - Being authentic (ie. admitting your flaws) - Knowing when to pull back

Don’t give up!

Hello everyone. In this week’s episode I’d like to encourage you just a bit more. I want you to know that there is nothing too difficult that you cannot achieve if you set your mind to it.

The most important thing you need is your tools. Ask yourself: “What is it that I need to be successful in this….?” Whether its being a better mother, a better communicator, an expert in your field or anything else, there are tools that you’ll need to make it.

Once you have your tools, you must use them. Don’t let them sit on the shelf. There’s the saying: Don’t wait to be perfect to start, the perfect time to start is NOW!

Prepare for your valley moments and hurdles. If you know what or where you will fall, then its that much easier to get back up after.

Keep on keeping on my friends. YES YOU CAN DO THIS!!

Hello everyone,

Thanks so much for your time. Today I want to share with you the importance of change. You need to break up with the ugliness in your life once and for all. It starts with little changes like the steps to building a fire, and it takes time like the metamorphosis of a caterpillar. We may not see the change but we need to trust the process.

WARNING Some sensitive matter from 15:25 - 17:15 you may want to use EarPods.

That’s it for this week. Let me know how you feel by sending me a direct message on Anchor or Spotify.

Hi. How are you this week? In this episode, I’d like to ask:

How do you self medicate?

Coffee or tea? Alcohol? Exercise? Food? Shopping? Binge watching Netflix? Or whatever else…

I’ve been through all of these things and I still use some of them from time to time. Some of these things are not dangerous in and of themselves, but are they taking the place that God has created for us?

We can make anything our “God” and justify it however we see fit.

We’re getting raw today!!

Hello wonderful people,

I’m so happy to be able to connect with you today. It’s been a while I know.

We’ve moved and are all settled hooray!!

Today’s episode is about creating space.

Physical space that is appealing and conducive to what you need from it. Eg. Working space should be free of distractions and help you to focus.

Mental space to write down your thoughts so that you can reflect and learn.

Emotional space to feel all your emotions that God gave you. In a safe and healthy space, you can express yourself and get better understanding of who you are and what you need.

Spiritual space comes from being near to the Father through his son Jesus Christ. Reading His Word and spending time in prayer will strengthen you, give you peace and understanding and encourage you to keep moving forward.

Creating space in these areas is so vital for growth.

In this episode, I have a very unpopular opinion to share but I must. There is no Christ in Christmas. Jesus is not the reason for the season. Santa is not real but a false representation of the Messiah, a clone and when you take the “n” from the middle and place it at the end you’ll see why.

Intrigued? Listen in for my intense transformation, how I shared this with the kids and what we’re doing instead.

So what type of mom are you? I’m an unapologetic “mean” mom and I’m ok with it. There are moments that I can be unbelievably mean and I really struggled with that identity for a while, but I realized that this is the mom that I am for a reason. There are seasons and reasons for our behaviour and we need to focus on our goals. My goal is to train up my children to become who GOD made them to be. If I have to be mean sometimes then so be it! Are you a mean mom? Can you rise to the challenge? Join me. Be a doer!!

Hello my friends. Today I want to share with you something that has been heavy on my mind for quite some time. It is actually one of the main reasons why I decided to start this podcast, because I know that I am not alone in this. I want to talk about feeling like a single parent when you have a spouse. This is a category all on its own because you're not single in the traditional sense. You have a partner to help with finances, housework and child rearing and someone to talk to that is an adult. Relationships were made to be reciprocal. The problem arises when one party is doing the lion share of the work. Well this is my scenario and I want to share with you some tips and coping mechanisms I use to succeed everyday.

Have you seen Wreck it Ralph? If you have kids or love children’s movies I’m sure you have, and I bet you sympathized with the glitch Venelope. Well this episode is about feeling down and out, ready to close the curtain and curl up to hibernate for a long while. Life with its many challenges seems so overwhelming at times. I found myself flickering on and off for a few days because I felt in over my head. But just like the glitch, what seemed like a flaw at the beginning actually turned out to be useful in the end. Listen in and find out how you can make the flip as well.
