It’s Time for the “T!” October is my absolute favorite month of year. It signals fall which is a period of transitions and transformations. We celebrate breast cancer awareness, October 3rd-9th is mental illness awareness week, and we also collective grieve the loss of infants and send love to their families. This month I will be focusing on the “Relax, Relate, Release” series as inspired by Debbie Allen playing the role of a therapist in the sitcom “A Different World.” Specifically, we will be looking at all the ways we are affected by anxiety and discuss healthy strategies to manage it. #theprisonofmymind #acceptinganxiety #relaxrelaterelease #mentalhealthmoments
