And this should not be based on peer influence, social conformity or just walking the path that everyone is walking etc., While there could be many factors that prioritize these decisions, the most important aspect is to keep in mind of the wholistic development of the child irrespective of the curriculum. The best way to do this is understand each of those curriculums (CBSE, ICSE, Cambridge, IB etc.,), their objectives and make your choice, comparison is not going serve largely though it gives an insight.
