What started as a project to improve their personal athletic performance turned into a business early this year and is now a remarkable success story.
We discussed not only how everyone can benefit from cold therapy but their vision for the company, marketing strategy, and challenges they have faced as they launch their company.

Today I had the honor of talking with Jeff Heath. Jeff is the CEO of Freeform which is a commercial space planning and design company.

In this episode I had the honor of talking with Cameron Passmore. Cameron is the executive chairman and portfolio manager for PWL Capital.

Today I had the honor of talking with Alan Stein Jr. Alan is a world renown high performance coach and speaker. He spent 15 years working with some of the highest performing basketball players on the planet including NBA superstars Kevin Durant, Steph Curry, and Kobe Bryant.
Alan has more recently shifted into working with some of the greatest organizations around to help them improve, culture, leadership, and business performance. He is the author of two books Raise your game and sustain your game and I must say they are both amazing.
In today's show, Alan and I talked about some of the key characteristics that high performers have in athletics and in business. We also discussed how to sustain high performance which includes battling stress, fighting stagnation, and beating burnout.
Alan has been someone who I have admired for quite some time and was honored for him to be a guest on the show.
