Poetry. Everyone has their own definition. For me, I like to think of it as the language of my soul. In this podcast, I will be sharing short and long form poems rooted in the fabric of humanity; thoughts, feelings, observations and of course everyday experiences.

I share my poems because through those of others, I have found myself, I have traveled, I have healed. Poetry is exploratory. It is grounding. It is healing. It is connecting. It is therapeutic. I hope my poems remind you of your magnificence and inspire you to be free.
