The South Asian Mind Podcast is meant to be a safe space for ALL South Asian women through open discussions and culturally appropriate talks that will nurture their mental health.
The podcast will include conversations with experienced therapists and psychologists who have a deep understanding of the South Asian culture. Through these conversations we will provide tips and general advice related to relationships, family and individual identity to people who identify as South Asian women.
