Cherron Inko-Tariah has been working in this area for many years and has written a great book, The Incredible Power of Staff Networks, which serves as both business case for staff networks and a blueprint for running them.
Dedicated to ensuring the success of staff networks and that their achievements are recognised, Cherron created the National Day for Staff Networks. This year is the 5th year for the celebration on 12th May and we talk about why the event was created and how you can get involved.
