Today on the podcast I speak with Jenny Courtney a professional working in digital customer experience. Listen as we discuss what led Jenny to this specific career track, as well as what the digital customer experience may look like in 2023. Customer Experience, also known as CX, can be defined as ‘How your customers perceive your brand, based on their interactions with it.’ This makes CX data critical to brand and service management to companies both big and small. Companies capture this data using systems like voice analysis, follow-up emails (think after purchase), text surveys, etc. On the podcast, Jenny discusses both good and bad examples of CX we may all run into daily, as well as opportunities in this career track, and her personal experience working during the pandemic as both corporate professional and Mom, to two sweet little ones.

Think product sales can’t come from social media? Think again.
On this episode I speak with Casey Sarai, co-owner of Cakes Body, a brand that designs innovative alternatives to the traditional bra while giving back to women's health causes. Casey and her sister Taylor (co-owner) worked the first half of their careers in sales and marketing positions for large corporations. In January of 2022, they took the knowledge and skills they garnered from those jobs and translated them into their own company with the launch of Cakes. This year they are on track to make ONE MILLION DOLLARS in profit and truly they are just getting started. The entrepreneur/sister duo is already working on product line extensions and have secured themselves a spot in the top 1% of Shopify Stores, meanwhile donating thousands of dollars to women’s health causes.
A key pillar of their success is their marketing strategy and monetization of Tik Tok, which has resulted in millions of views, and officially made their product viral. In this episode, Casey breaks down their strategy to utilizing viral marketing to build their brand through social media.
