Matt & Debbie are the owners of CrossFit Crave in Celina Ohio. They have a partnership with their local juvenile probation center to provide CrossFit classes for juveniles in the probation system. 15+ kids come to the gym 5 days a week to participate - paid for by the State of Ohio. Their program has the lowest recidivism rate of any program in Ohio's history. As a result the State has launched an "in-facility" CrossFit affiliate program beginning in Cleveland. with the FIRST official CrossFit affiliate in a prison. They are two weeks into the program and already seeing signs of success.Matt & Debbie talk about their amazing programs and how affiliates can get started with their own program.
