My name is Trudy Maples and I have been married to my high-school sweetheart for 32 years. We have to two adult children and 2 precious grandsons and one on the way! My incredible husband was a student pastor for 28 years and the best at it, a legend in his field and I learned so much about leadership from him as I served alongside him all those years. He will be featured on this podcast and we will talk about marriage and so much more. Sara Richter has been with Isagenix for 12 years and serves as Director of Product Education under Chief Science Officer, Dr. Plant. She is a Nutritionist with both a bachelors and master of science degrees in nutrition education. She is originally from Michigan, but fell in love with Arizona 20 years ago and never left. She lives with longtime partner Larry and 2 child-substitute dogs, Lily and Levi, her adorable Frenchies. Apart from Larry and the pups, the things she says life is not worth living without: couch from Love-sac, warm weather and sunshine, grocery delivery service!!
It was so fun having Sara on the podcast!! We talked about all the things and some yummy recipes too!!

Terese grew up in a suburb of Los Angeles called, Tujunga. She met her husband, Josh while she was at college in Utah. Her twin sister is married to Josh’s cousin and they set Josh and Terese up on a bling ms date. They were married six month later in summer of 2002. They have four children ranging in ages 19 to 9. Terese studied art education in college and has taught elementary school art for the past four years. Her hobbies include photography, reading, walking her dog, Sunny, snowboarding and any new adventure with the family. She loves humor and is lucky enough to get to laugh every day with Josh!

Meet Heidi Poole, from Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, Heidi is a dedicated mother to her boys Walker and Mason, and devoted wife to Mike. They are the collective motivation for Heidi to be a high-quality example and to live her best life every day.
One of Heidi’s greatest achievements was becoming Mrs. Idaho America 2019. Mike was the motivating factor for Heidi to complete in the Mrs. Idaho America pageant. Mike, a successful and hardworking business owner, recognized Heidi’s qualities, (i.e. personality, talent, character and life experiences) as the potential that could propel her to this symbolic title. Heidi’s family is her priority above all things, and she loves that she gets to work with Mike in their business as the office controller for their Heating & Cooling Company.
Heidi is an adventurous soul, with wake surfing, motorcycle riding, gourmet cooking, sewing and shopping as just some of the favorites on her list of things she loves to do. She has a flair for fashion, a gigantic “heart” and is committed to her beautiful community.
