Welcome to "That's weird, Eh?" where we talk about our passion for everything weird, and Canadian. We have all kinds of stories from mysteries, to the supernatural, to weird history, and even some fun legends. The stories keep on coming because here in Canada we're all a little weird.
Holy makinaw it's episode 12! Following some recent sports devastation, Jake gives us a bit of insight into a Leafs Curse with the story of Bashin' Bill Barilko. Then Kate talks about a totally different curse: the one where you get fur and teeth and turn your skin inside out. No it's not kate in the winter, but the tale of Le Loup-garou! Stay tuned, because it sure is weird, eh.
It's episode 11! This episode, Jake navigates us through the Valley of the headless men, aka Nahanni Valley. And Kate, well she gets a little unruly, and then she gives us a quick history lesson about the Pharaoh of Niagara Falls. Hold onto your heads, because it's pretty weird, eh.
Woohoo! It's episode 10! And we saved you a couple of doozies. Jake asks a big "WHY?" as he fills us in on the destruction of the Avro Arrow. And Kate fills us in on the "WHO" as she talks about Toronto's first mayor, and rebel, and the ghosts of his final residence. Thanks for tuning in to our BIG 10th. You won't be disappointed because it get's pretty weird, eh.
We're hummin' along with episode 9! On this week's episode, Jake tinkers us a little tune about the ghostly pranksters of the Orillia Opera House. But then, Kate gets a little more screechy with the tale of the Wendigo. Stay tuned because it get's pretty weird...eh.

It doesn't end there because Kate flies us in to the Falcon Lake incident and gives us the low down on one of the best documented UFO cases in Canada. It's episode 4! Let the spirit flow through you as Jake talks of the infamous cult leader Brother 12. And yes, speaking in tongues is reccommended. Afterwards, Kate gives us the heart breaking tale of Melanie Ethier. And what's that about beef patties? Strap in because it gets pretty weird, eh.
On this week's episode, Jake and Kate take a journey to Canada's West coast to the wild province of British Columbia. We recommend you keep your arms and legs inside the canoe as Jake gives us the low-down on Ogopogo, the monster of Lake Okanagan.
