The odds of you being born are 1 in 400 trillion. 400 T-R-I-L-L-I-O-N. That is a pretty large number. The odds of winning the Tattslotto is 1 in 45 million. That means you being born is equivalent to winning the Tattslotto 9 times! Now that's wild. Too many people have no idea about the amount of unique individuals and opportunities that exist in the world and underestimate what they can achieve themselves. This podcast aims to educate you on people's valuable experiences as well as improve your self esteem and skill set all while having some laughs along the way! Thanks for tuning in!
This is a sentimental podcast for me and one that definitely brought up all sorts of emotions. Episode 23 is with Sarina Katsambanis who is a long time family friend. I grew up playing soccer with her son Terry and from then on, our families have become incredible friends.Over the last couple of years, life has thrown some big curve balls onto Sarina and her family. In February 2023, Peter Katsambanis (Sarina’s husband) sadly passed away after a long term battle with cancer. In the same year, Sarina’s ovarian cancer came back and she was determined to do whatever it took to make it to 2024. Thankfully for all of us, she did.Sarina sheds light of how cancer has affected her family, the grief of losing a life partner, the importance of family and friendships, lessons she wish she learnt in her 20s, what is truly valuable in life, her mindset shift as well as reflect on the countless memories she has had thus far.I hope this episode opens your eyes to what truly matters in life, makes you hug your loved ones a little tighter as well as hope you took away some valuable lessons away from this conversation.Be sure to follow LifesTeachers on Instagram and Tiktok and share the episode to a friend you think would benefit from this episode!Instagram: @lifesteachersTikTok: @lifesteachers

A spontaneous, insightful and story telling episode is brought to you today! Kieren and I went spent the morning going for an amazing walk and we had some time to kill so what else would you do other than a film podcast?
Kieren is a supernatural human being. I can't even comprehend the things that he does. He has been a big inspiration for me starting this podcast and he is a friend that always tests me to push myself more than I think I am capable of.
Kieren has lived multiple lives and has incredible stories from his 25 years thus far on Earth. He is one person I know for a fact that will accomplish his goals and be a superstar.
For the month of July, Kieren is set on walking 50k steps a day raising money for pancreatic cancer, even reaching 100k steps on multiple days!! That equates to 2 million steps for the month of July which is more steps than what an average person does a year!
We touch on what Kieren has learnt thus far participating in one of the most difficult things he has done in his life to date, his near death experience in New Zealand as well how he has been tested not only physically but spiritually.
Keep an eye out for part 2 where we dig into the deep psychology of conquering such a challenge, discover the other incredible feats he has accomplished as well as what he has been working on behind closed doors that sent him over to LA.
