People with a D behavioral style like to take charge and be in authority. These people are usually very independent, they tend to be risk takers and self-starters, as well as being very goal-oriented and competitive. The D-styles are excellent problem solvers, they see the big picture, and tend to respond well to logic, reason, and information (but not emotion). Their assertiveness can be perceived both as confidence and pride.
