Dan Campion is a podcaster, podcast producer and owner of Prymal Productions, and a good friend and mentor of mine. Myself and Dan crossed paths just under a year ago when I was getting started on my podcasting journey. The conversation always flows between us, so I had to have him back on to discuss one of the greatest books ever written that is 'How to Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie.
This book is regarded as a manual for life and has proven techniques that will teach you how to change people's behaviour by changing your own, how to communicate more effectively, enhance your people skills, become a leader and how to resolve any arguments that you may encounter. I loved reading and listening to this book and have applied the principles directly to my everyday engagements with anyone that I meet with great success.
The principles that we discuss are:
-Don't criticise, condemn or complain
-Be honest and sincere in appreciation
-Become genuinely interested in other people
-Smile
-You can't win an argument

Another successful transformation, James started working alongside me back in January 2022 and has lost 20kg while transforming his physique into the ‘ADONIS’ look.
There were a lot of variables in how this happened, in this episode, we discuss the importance of having a goal to aim towards and how that gives training meaning, the significance of the cold shower in the morning and the effect that people in his workplace have noticed about him from doing so.
Furthermore, the identity change James has gone through in becoming a regular in the gym resulted in his confidence skyrocketing with the body he now possesses.
Also mentioned, is how he’s improved the injury in his lower back by developing a movement routine and building up his bodily awareness. Lastly, the fruit from the Gods gets a special mention as it’s lead to be the cure to digestive discomfort, along with much more…
