Today I'm sharing in a deeply personal way about how to show people love and make the world a better place! Specifically, I'm talking about how people can show markers of "inclusivity" for others so that they feel safe, such as putting pronouns (e.g., they/them) in a social media or zoom bio.

I also talk about my journey to finding out what people were native to the land I live on so that I could learn about them and give them representation.

We all play the Social Game, but do we need to?

Do we need to measure our bodies against others' to see whose looks better?

Do we need to compare our finances to others' to see who is worth more?

Is it possible that aside from these larger comparisons, that more "innocent" comparisons like ranking songs/books/movies are also keeping us dependent on a social game that makes us all feel ashamed on the inside?

We will explore these questions and more in today's episode!
