One of the best parts of podcasting is bringing back guests who came on a few years ago. If there was one thing that I KNOW T-Lo loved besides A & M football and his family...it was his colleagues at Spotfire. It has always been a firm belief of mine that a huge part of Tim's emphasis on building culture at Energy Navigator was born out of his time in the early 2000's at Spotfire. Laura Dye, a recurring guest, was his work wife. Joseph Taylor was his brother from another mother. Peter Allen was his favorite business beer buddy while John Dinning and Rock Gnatovich (still the undisputed best name of anyone to come on this pod) set the example of servant leadership, compassion, and success. They all come on to roast and toast one of our all-time favorite colleagues, and dear friend.

We had a lot of fun talking with Andrew Dennant from Dubai, UAE and discussed working and living in the Middle East and covering Africa as a Territory. And Jeremy and Tim thought they had travel headaches, try flying to some remote part of Algeria with plane cancellations and no driving options. Generally, Andrew educated us that you can’t generalize about the countries of the ME or Africa. A great listen.
