In this week's episode, The Boys review the critically-acclaimed anime, Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, and draw connections between the show and the Christian faith. They continue by discussing different characters' views on Equivalent Exchange, the price of one's life, and the aspiration to become God-Like. The Boys conclude that the TRUE meaning of life, according to the show, is that one should not aspire to be God, but should aspire to be oneself.
Coming off their mid-season break, The Boys address the verdict of the George Floyd case and discuss how one's death can inspire a community. They continue by stating that this inspiration develops from how one has impacted the world while alive.
