Females with Fire is a podcast dedicated to stories of resilience strength and spirit. In the launch season I speak with women who have overcome the challenges of burnout, and trauma as well as women leading the way in business using their innate feminine traits to show up with confidence. Empowering us with what they have learnt along the way and in support of knowing that whatever challenges you may face you are not alone.
Kristen spent most of her 20's proving she was a professional leader and had it all together. She put emphasis on saying kind words, and doing goods deeds for the right people, but inside she felt like she was never enough.
Multi passionate she had her hand in many different jobs and side hustles but felt she was limiting her true self and potential. Wanting to incorporate all of her interests and talents to create an impact she was constantly told that she was too scattered, not focused enough and needed to niche down. Feeling shamed for a long time Kristen finally decided that is was up to her to create her dream life and stop playing by the traditional business rules.
Kristen now helps ambitious, overextended women through, coaching, training and speaking to realize their power by connecting their zones of genius and creating a personal brand and business built on their personality and passions

Beverly was working as a professional at a domestic violence shelter when she realized that she was good at helping others but and not herself. She was focused on serving others versus healing her own trauma. At 26 she worked to get sober so she could address her mental health and the childhood trauma she had experienced. Then gaining her masters in spiritual psychology which opened her heart to let the loving in she went on to build a coach training institute and write her first book.

As Leanne sat on the end of her bed with heart crushing pain and anxiety she knew that she could not continue in a job that she absolutely loved
She had created a dynamic events company and she relished the excitement and challenges it brought. However she found that she was becoming more distant with her family and her personality was changing. Alongside this crisis of identity loss her little grand daughter was diagnosed with cancer
Burnt out and feeling completely lost she immediately quit her job and began to heal and rebuild her identity. We dive into how she found clarity and was able to move forward.

Now both Katharine and I were laughing at the potential title of this podcast as it both reminded us of the Seinfeld episode where they were trying to move a couch up a narrow set of stairs while constantly yelling PIVOT
And lets be honest the debacle what was 2020 was very much like that exercise in futility
At the start of the year Katharine faced a crisis. Within 3 days of Covid hitting, Katharine lost the majority of her clients, hubby had recently left work to start a new consultancy, home schooling the list goes on. In the background of this she had just hit rock bottom with Burnout.
Katharine goes into detail with me on how she pulled herself out and got back on track to pivot her business. Turning it into a roaring success.

Latoya has just finished writing a book around her personal transformational healing journey. Learning how to embrace and accept all aspects and layers to who she is as a woman. Growing up without an example of unconditional love she has endured many events throughout her life that placed her in a mindset of fear and placed conditions upon love, acceptance and her worth.

As an Intuitive Healing Coordinator- I shadow women through practices, ritual and divination work that will offer them a way to walk through their own intuition- led path to healing.
