The show stars Joe Aguiar, a lifelong Republican, who’s rejection of Donald Trump eventually caused him to flee the GOP entirely. Joe is now an independent who chides both sides for their lack of common sense and the continued partisanship. #CMGPodcasts The Show also features Losers Pay Double host, Victoria Lang, a young woman not old enough to legally drink, but is a liberal feminist, but with a lot of questions for both sides.
Joe Aguiar started the show off with a small rant about Republican Gubernatorial Candidate Bob Stefanowski suing the Independent Party, which lead into a discussion about the political landscape with Libertarian Party Candidate to Represent the third district, Dr. Amy Chai (0:00). After that, Connecticut Lieutenant Governor Susan Bysiewicz joined the conversation to talk about her and Governor Ned Lamont’s campaign (42:22).
Joe Aguiar took to the microphone today to take a few different things. First, Commuter Advocate Jim Cameron came on to talk about the latest with planes, trains and automobiles (0:00). Next, USA Today columnist Ingrid Jacques joined the program to talk about various things going on in the Republican Party, including the status of the party between “RINO’s” and “Trumpers,” as well as what’s going on with the party with midterms elections rapidly approaching (19:29). Finally, Lesley DeNardis, the Republican Candidate for Connecticut’s 3rd Congressional District, came on to run the gauntlet that the Green Party and Libertarian Party candidates ran yesterday, but incumbent Rosa DeLauro hasn’t.
