A safe space for people of color to relate, whether you are talking or listening, to topics such as generational curses, traumas, toxic-instilled demeanors, and much more. These conversations are had in hopes of healing from the trauma, unlearning toxic behaviors, and turning generational curses into generational blessings.
In this episode, I start off by dedicating some time to speak on Aaron Bushnell. May his action never be forgotten and that he rests in peace. I followed up by discussing different points pertaining to mental health such as mental health being used as reasoning for mass shooters, mental health stigmas & more. I also discuss my personal experience with mental health and how it plays a role in my life.

Hey everyone! It has been over 3 weeks since my last episode was posted. I go in depth on what has been going on within these last 3 weeks. Then, I jump into the topic at hand, am I an empath or just a woman? It feels really good to be back creating content and having open discussions once again. I appreciate the endless love and support I receive from y'all.
Hey everyone! In this episode, I have one of my friends with me, Leonarda aka Otty! We touch on what makes us feel safe as women, what it's like moving out of your hometown (+ advice), and many more! There are some gems in this episode for sure!
Hey everyone! In this Episode, my cousin Belkis, joins the chat. Let me tell y'all, she spoke on some real sh!t. This was an interesting episode to see unravel because we are 7 years apart and we have overlapping upbringings. Similar, yet still different. We speak about self-confidence/ authenticity, dealing with absent/ inconsistent fathers, and we briefly touch on toxic Latinx households.
Hey y'all! In this episode I focus on introducing myself and sharing things about myself, since I will be your host for this podcast. I break down the purpose of the 'Bare With Me' podcast. I also speak on being the struggles and pressures of being a youtuber, This episode is fairly short, but expect future episodes to be longer! I hope you enjoy!
