(8:00) We start off this episode with a sober reflection on the life and death of Jordan Neely; unlawfully murdered by a US Marine while experiencing a mental health crisis on an NYC subway train. Unfortunately, moments like these are all too familiar, as Najee Seabrooks was also recently murdered by a public servant in March of 2023, while suffering a mental health crisis. We carry baggage from all phases of our life: relationships, friendships, childhood, work, etc. That same baggage is the building block of your relationship standards. So, it's up to us to be self-aware of what bags are healthy and what bags we need to rid ourselves of.
