As we move through this Solstice integration period life asks us to expect the unexpected and gift ourself time and space right now.
At times, it can feel as though the universe is conspiring against us. Yet when we step back, we can see that what is really happening is a profound realignment. Everything that is out of alignment has to go. And while that sounds simple, the reality can feel brutal. Sometimes we're suddenly stripped of things we've spent years building, not because we've failed, but because they are no longer a vibrational match for who we're becoming.
This season is asking us to move forward — in both big and small ways. To trust the nudges, take the next step, and release what can no longer come with us.
The space in between can feel uncomfortable. Uncertainty often brings questions, doubt, and a desire for clarity. But sitting in uncertainty is okay. In fact, it may be one of the greatest invitations of this time.
What we're learning is the importance of deep trust — trusting that even when we can't see the full picture, we are fully supported. That there is a greater intelligence at work. That we are held, guided, and supported cosmically as we continue this journey of becoming.

I've had some powerful reminders around 'being' rather than 'doing' recently.
And I felt guided to talk in this week's episode about what it takes to be, surrender and still your energy, as opposed to being in a state of 'doing'.
Not so long ago, when faced with an uncomfortable situation, I tended to go into a frenzy of activity to ‘fix’ and distract, rather than accept & surrender.
I was unpractised in allowing my discomfort in.
I didn't feel safe and told myself it was wrong to feel this way.
Now I'm intentionally leaning into my discomfort which feels yucky BUT I know I will feel so much better if I do.

And how we need a blend of both being and doing but the mastery is knowing what is needed in the moment.

In this week's episode, I continue to talk about the Equinox. This energetic gateway which has felt so huge and readjusting for all of us.
I talk about the big, dizzying re-evaluations which keep unfolding for me and how unsettling they have felt.
I explain why right now, my world feels like a house of cards - all could collapse at any moment. This is an uncomfortable feeling which eases as I surrender to this possibility.
We try to confine our own worlds out of fear, but we still fill our spaces right to the very edges. This is because we are beings of light & energy and we are meant to expand! We were not intended to be boxed up and restricted.
Our energy needs to flow, and light needs to shine!
And if it cannot, we will feel the restriction at a core level.
Allowing the release & the crumbling, embracing your fragility, your vulnerability and exposing your soft underbelly is more than OK!
Because, sometimes we don't have it all figured out. Sometimes we pursue a path and we convince ourself that this is where we are meant to be. But deep down we know it isn't right.

This week's episode is a warts n' all account of my recent rise from the murky and shadowy depths of despair & hopelessness.
It has felt like the Pheonix rising from the ashes, following a crumbling.
After a bout of COVID and other challenges, things started to unravel fairly rapidly for me.
I found myself in a deep state of purification amplified by the Equinox build-up and dark to new moon rise.
In this episode I wanted to share this experience with you and how I have slowly managed to return to my point of inner balance.
Things can quickly and seemingly spiral out of control for us. But we can truly support ourselves internally through deeper trust and higher consciousness.
The death-rebirth and purification process is part of a natural cycle which we all traverse. It will unfold differently for everyone, but a deeper understanding of these cycles gives us the faith & inner knowing and the ability to hold a space for ourself.

This week's episode is about how my emotional waters have been turbulent for me at times!
I take a deeper dive into the process of growth and how this can really push us especially when we are getting ourselves out there or stepping up in some way in our life.
This epsiode is more of a personal anecdote to illustrate the ups and downs of transformational growth. I use the example of a recent programme launch for Lunar Light Worker which really didn't unfold in the ways I expected it to. And this really pushed me BIG TIME!
During it, I realised I was being overly focussed over my launch...Over-investing in time and energy & stifling outcome.
Sometimes it can be hard to come back from wanting to control change, but surrender is a necessary way forwards for growth.
I wanted to record this more personal episode because I get how hard our challenges can be and how alone we can feel in these relentlessly, intense times.
If you are someone who consciously goes through their growth processes then I love that you are willing to go deep and look at your shadow so you can reconnect to your light!

I coined this phrase from the 80s British film - Shirley Valentine - which for me epitomises soul growth and the continual battle of feeling expansive but blocked at the same time.

We start to fear the transformation and yet we desire it so deeply that this creates a sense of conflict & confusion within.
When we evolve with soul, we shift in frequency and those around us will more often then not, catch us up, but in their own timeline.

Everyone has their own Kryptonite which pulls them away from their point of internal balance & true essence. Kryptonite is synonomous with weakness and manifests differently for everyone.
Whatever yours is, it will surface and when it does it will probably take you out of yourself...away from your point of balance.
If you become stuck in it, it becomes very difficult to be centred.

These times of struggle have been given different names throughout the ages. They have been referred to as Transference shifts; spiritual initiations; the void or dark nights of the soul, to name a few.
They relate to times that we ALL traverse where life feels very challenging for us. During these times, we can find ourself in a deep state of confusion with many emotions rising for us. We can feel separate from loved ones and in a deep state of fear & confusion.
But however difficult these times are, they also represent opportunities for growth.
When we start to open up and shift our perception and see them for what they are, we learn to surrender to what is unfolding for us. We dance with our fear and this is when we discover the true gold & essence of ourself.

We ignore our deepest heart desires and send a strong message out that we are ignoring Universal guidance.
We can't always explain why we feel pulled in one direction or another and we shouldn't need to! It's a Soul thing. But understanding that certain situations are needed for us to be aligned to our true North path, makes us realise the power of our intuitive thought.

Self-care and being gently boundaried with ourself are a couple of the higher frequency core values which I live by.
I find that when I am not being boundaried enough in my life, I start to feel this on my central nervous system and I experience resentment and frustration. I am learning to say 'no' when something does not serve me.
In this episode I hope to inspire and teach you the importance of setting your own core values and principals which will help to keep you on track and course correct with your own growth.
