As Managing Partner of Lawrence, Evans & Co., LLC, Mr. Johnson’s responsibilities primarily include deal sourcing and evaluation, transaction structuring, securing financing including debt and equity, and fundraising. Many of the completed transactions have involved acute care hospitals, senior housing, home health, behavioral health, revenue cycle management, health IT, big data, analytics or other services related companies.
Prior to forming Lawrence, Evans & Co., LLC, Mr. Johnson worked at one of the largest asset based healthcare lenders in the country and spent time with a national healthcare investment bank as an underwriter. Mr. Johnson’s relevant experiences include time as a healthcare bond trader managing over $100 million in assets at a regional based investment advisor. Neil spent time in Germany with an internet start-up and was involved with a successful sale of an internet consumer marketing company. Additionally, he spent time early on in his career with the bank First Chicago NBD that is now part of JPMorganChase.
Neil is a board member and executive of several other companies including 1212 Capital LLC and NS Fund I LLC. He is a member of the Association of Corporate Growth, Healthcare Business Management Association, Healthcare Financial Management Association, Turnaround Management Association, and the First Connect Bio Medical Steering Committee as well as an education contributor to the Harvard Business School.

Drew Gunnoe & Dustin He / Co-Founders of Crossovers for Cures Dustin He and Drew Gunnoe are cofounders of Crossovers For Cures and seniors at Dublin Jerome High School. Both Dustin and Drew played basketball at Jerome and along with two other cofounders, created Crossovers For Cures, a 501 c3 nonprofit basketball organization. Through charitable basketball tournaments, Crossovers For Cures raises money to further medical research. Their first event Elevate 4 Epilepsy is a 3v3 basketball tournament for boys and girls grades 3-12 that aims to raise money for Epilepsy research. It will take place on July 30th and 31st. In 1996, Gayle became the first female Deputy Director for the City of Columbus where she was instrumental in earning Columbus their Crisis Communications Certificate from the United States Department of Defense. She went on to manage public and community relations for the Central Ohio region of Ameritech/SBC before she transitioned to the role of Chief Communications Officer for Columbus Public Schools, the state’s largest public school district. In 2005, she moved back to the private sector as the Director of Communications for Nationwide Mutual Insurance; in 2012, she returned to education as the Assistant Vice President of Media and Public Relations for The Ohio State University, one of the nation’s top-tier public universities.
Gayle’s career highlights include serving as the liaison to the White House and managing 100+ media outlets during former President Barack Obama’s 2013 commencement speech at OSU; spearheading community wide engagement to support the passage of a $372M capital improvements plan and $62M operating levy and acceptance of a 15-year, $1.3B Facilities Master Plan for Columbus Public Schools; and acting as spokesperson on the ground during Hurricane Katrina for Nationwide Insurance.
As Founder & CEO of The Saunders Company, Gayle now leads teams to deliver comprehensive, grassroots, and strategic PR projects that exceed expectations and win awards for clients including Ohio Lottery, the City of Columbus, and the Office of the Mayor. The company’s work reaches beyond bottom lines as they were selected to create and execute culturally rich campaigns to address infant mortality and continue the city’s Safe Sleep education. Brian Kellerman was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio, and has spent 17 years working in food production. Starting with a four-month engagement working a banana operation in Israel, Brian developed a love of food production that led to a degree in Ecological Agriculture from the University of Vermont, as well as farming experience in Maryland and New Zealand. As a science teacher, Brian helped to organize a maple sugaring program and a hydroponic system, as well as a fully-working vegetable garden on campus. Starting in 2014, Brian ran the Food Safety & Quality Assurance program for a dry spice blend and nutraceutical manufacturer located in Columbus, managing a GFSI-certified quality and food safety program that produced over 5 million pounds of food annually before joining his brother Mickey in 2017 in starting Kellerman Consulting.

When he is not working or completing schoolwork, you can find him on the golf course or even in the podcast studio co-hosting an episode of “Kickin’ it Back” which is a leisure-style podcast that allows the listeners and guests to give themself some time to relax and kickback. He has aspirations of one day being able to talk in front of crowds of people and plans to continue to do everything in his power to accomplish that.
Preston is currently a senior at The Ohio State University. He is from a small town called Brunswick, Ohio. There is not a whole lot to do in this small town which is what led him to want to start a podcast. When he is not podcasting, he's usually playing golf, hanging out with his loved ones, or working out. On top of that he recently just started up his own real estate business called PSL REAL ESTATE LLC. I attended Pickerington Central High School where I was a four year letter winner in Baseball and Football. After high school, I was very fortunate enough to continue my athletic career for football at The Ohio State University. While at Ohio State, I was a four year starter, 3 time Big Ten Champion, ad the accomplishment I'm most proud of, being a captain on the 2012 undefeated team.
