Through the principle of fasting, we are able to access certain things from God. Fasting distinguishes us from others and helps us to discern the voice of God.

As we have been saved, we are prone to the attacks of the devil. We overcome spiritual attacks through prayer, walking in righteousness and putting on the full armor of God.

The disciples had an awesome encounter with the Lord when they were alone with Him on the mountain. We need to be disciples who are always ready to spend quality time with the Lord in order to experience divine encounters.
