Gilby couldn't make it to the taping of this week's Podcast and after leaving 20 points on his bench, we can't blame him! Listen in as Isaac and Mick dissect the Game Week that was and the fantasy points that were given. Mick is disappointed after moving up the table and Dave (who also didn't show for the Pod) has been given sideline commentary duties out in the rain!
Listen in as Mick and Isaac go through all the action from the last few weeks, from Watford sacking another (18th??) manager to Son saving Justin's round. Ben is the big mover of the week, while Isaac has opened a small gap to second placed Gilby!

The boys have a special guest this week! Manager Ben joins the pod and talks us through the team he supports and his drafting strategy. There were a few key trades this week which has led to a change at the top! Listen in as the boys discuss their squads, the waiver and free agent trades and their reaction to the changes in the league ladder. *There were some audio issues which meant some of the podcast needed to be cut. Those discussions will be taken into the next podcast!
TRADE ALERT: Mick has finally managed to make a trade!!! Will this be the first of many and see Mick climb off the bottom of the table? Was Ronaldo involved in the trade? Does the trade get Gilby's seal of approval? All will be revealed. They boys give us their moment of the week and run through their draft league table. There's a surprising round winner in a Game Week that had it all. And of course, can Mick pick a winner in Micks (insert 13 words starting with 'M') Multi?
What started as the usual mild manner podcast, quickly took a turn and descended into chaos! With the boys having got through their usual moments of the week, waiver wire action and league wrap-up, talk quickly turned to Mick, his squad and trades with Ronaldo and Sterling. Live trade offers throw up a few curveballs, and the boys discuss Ronaldo's trade value or lack of trade value? Either way this probably hasn't helped Mick in deciding what to do. But one thing is for sure... Nathan sure knows how to come up with a name for this weeks podcast!
This week's pod kicks off with Gilby's management credentials for the newly vacated Newcastle United job. We think he's a pretty good chance given his Football Manager pedigree! The boy's go through their moments of the week where audible sobbing can be heard from Dave and Isaac, plus Gilby give his Waiver Wire Wrap-up to see who has improved their squad. Gilby is still in the lead with Isaac a close second, but down at the other end there are plenty of squad troubles. What can Mick do to improve his squad? Will anyone accept a trade from him that involves Sterling? Will he have more luck with this weeks Multi? Time will tell.
The countdown is on to GW8, so the boys discuss key injuries from the international break and which players might not make it on the pitch. Is Newcastle the next powerhouse and how should fans feel about the take over? The boys round-up all the trade speculations in the league. Will there be any new trades be next week? Not if Jeff keeps offering Jamie Tartt to every other manager. And the boys offer up their game of the week and a few bold predictions as to which player will score the most points!
We've cracked the ton! 100 listens is amazing, especially considering we're just a bunch of mates who like to talk draft fantasy EPL. Thanks for everyone who's been listening. There was a lot to talk about in this week's episode. We look at some surprising clean sheets from GW8, dodgy goal and celebrations and discuss whether anyone actually know what Watford's logo and mascot are. Oh, and the fact they've chewed through another manager. We give a waiver wire summary, a league table wrap-up and begin to look at some of the trades that have been offered between managers. With the international break upon us, there is bound to be more trade speculation in the next pod!
In a game week where many fantasy managers struggled, we take a look at how a lack of points effected the boy's Draft League. Gilby and Isaac started GW6 on level points, but who came away with win? The boy's discuss their moments of the week and the fact that Mick put the mocker on almost everyone with his Multi (as planned). There was plenty of waiver action to discuss and a debate for a trade between managers Dan and Isaac.
This week the boys take a look at GW5, digging into just how successful (or not) the recent waivers were in a game week littered with rotation and shock results. They also take the time to analyse the top two draft picks for each manager. Which managers could be in trouble and which are sleeping giants?? Listen in to find out who has joined Gilby at the top of the league and to see whether Dan was able to climb off the bottom. And of course, we can't forget about Mick's Magnificent Mega Miracle Magic Multi, although you may want do the exact opposite!
In this weeks episode, the lads discuss GW5 and the state of their league. Gilby is still sitting pretty on top of the table, but with his lead being cut shorter and shorter, how will he look to improve his squad? Did Mick resisting Gilby's Ronaldo trade offers see him rocket up the leader board? And how are some of the other managers going? Who needs to take drastic measures? Plus, a trade offer made directly on the pod! All of this along with Mick's Magnificent Mega Magic Multi makes one heck of an episode!
Ep 5 has a few twist and turns! Being the second podcast over the international break the boys turn to the next game week. Gilby gives the latest on how the major fantasy assets have faired in the latest international games. The boys discuss the best waivers available in the free agency and even give some hints as to who they are picking up. Mick gives us another, much anticipated, Mick's Magic Mega Multi. But stay tuned for Gilby offering the kitchen sink to Mick for Ronaldo. Does he get the job done? Can he make Mick even consider giving up his brand new shiny thing? Listen to find out!
