Join Scott on another guided workout. After around 10 minutes, we start a series of six hill repeats. 1 minute up, and 3 minutes down.
Join Scott as he runs with his two boys on a Family pre-dawn 30 minute run. This guided run contains 20 minutes at a relaxed pace, with three strides, before a 10 minute cool down.

A guided workout, this time we're doing 12 sets of 400m, with 30 seconds recovery in between. If you're near an athletics track, this would be ideal, but not mandatory.
A guided run for a Fartlek workout. Taken from the Swedish language, Fartlek translates to "Speed-play" and we can use it as a fun tool to vary our workouts, stimulate our bodies and minds, and improve our performance.
Warm Up: 10 minutes 10 x (1 min up hill (approx 10% gradient), 3 min down.) Cool Down: 10 minutes
