Why did you create an online business in the first place? If it is for flexibility and to be able to work from anywhere, why would you bog yourself down to having to be on sales calls all day? It does not make sense!

When you don’t fully trust and back yourself and what you are here to do, feelings of self doubt and uncertainty come up- and when that happens we stop taking action and give up.

Here is a beautiful guided meditation I have pulled from my 6 week Soulprint home study program. I received a great response from this meditation and felt called to share it with you all here on the podcast.
We need to get crystal clear on what we want, and in doing so it is important to step into the feelings, thoughts, and emotions we would have if we already had it. Embodying and taking on that role NOW, not when we receive it is going to help call it in, help you become that energetic match for it, and then of course motivate you to take inspired action!

Now that we have entered a new year, I thought this would be the perfect opportunity to teach you how I set my goals & decide what I truly desire.
I use this strategy when called to, and even use it when I want to map out a new business plan.
Doing this always brings me so much clarity, and brings to the surface why I might not already have what I want, and allows me to clear any baggage that may hold me down or get in my way.

If I had one piece of advice for people starting out in business or building a brand online, who do not know what to post- this would be it!
Creating content online does not need to be hard, stop overcomplicating it! Just show up as your true authentic self, share your message however it comes out, and stop putting a filter on it!
People will be attracted to you and your energy when you show up as who you are, and are not faking it or trying to gain a certain outcome.
Just being you, is enough to build a brand online! People won’t know, like or trust you if you don’t know, like and trust yourself enough to show up unapologetically!
Stick to who you are, and keep choosing to say yes to soul and those nudges on what your business and brand should look and feel like. No one else knows but you.

Stop trying to fit a certain mould on how things “should” look, and just start showing up!
I see so many people building brands online trying to fit in, and trying to look all pretty, polished and perfect, or spending hours on designing the templates, editing pictures and videos so they look more professional! It is time wasting.
When you are first starting out in business your job is just to show up, flaws and all! The world is waiting for you, so just get the damn thing out there! You will learn as you go!
The need to look perfect and polished is BS! This does nothing but cause procrastination, self-doubt and lack of confidence. And the world is craving authenticity!
Stay true to who you are and how you want it to look and feel for you and your audience. That is all you need to do.

Most of my life I felt different. I thought that something was wrong with me because I did not fit in and was not like the “popular” girls at school. I did everything I could to try and fit a certain mould and it did nothing but break me.
It sucked the soul out of me and lowered my confidence and belief in myself! I thought I was not good enough and craved those feelings of love and acceptance.
The moment I stepped away from the pack, and started creating my own path my whole world changed.
I realised that being different was my superpower, and that my uniqueness was what made me so great!
I no longer try to fit in because I know I was born to stand out, I was born to shine baby! And so were you! So stop hiding who you really are and let your unique flower bloom, that is when the right people come into your space, your soul tribe.

I truly do believe that some of the biggest struggles or challenges we go through, can turn out to be our greatest gifts.
In this episode I share my biggest struggle and my painful experience, and how I overcome it and turned it into my superpower! Because I went through that pain, and was able to find a way out, I now have an incredible gift to share with the world. I have the solution to many problems based around low self-worth, poor body image and lack of confidence.
The key message here is: You can heal anything externally with a bandaid, but once you take that bandaid off, the internal scars remain. You can heal past trauma, and the past does not define you!
It is my mission to help as many women all over the world now their worth, and realise that any self-limiting belief you have of yourself can be changed.
You do not have to stay stuck! You have the power to change the situation you are currently in. It all starts with a choice and knowing your worth.You are worthy because you are, and you are deserving because you are. You never need external validation, it all starts from within. The only opinion that ever will matter is the opinion you have of yourself.
