Today we talk with Susan Litwiller who is the Director of Education for CCNI. Susan has been a member of CCNI since 2007 and is the founder of Shame to Shine ministries. Her passion is to serve single mothers through coaching and life skills programs. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, MBA with an emphasis in Leadership, and recently completed her Education Specialist Degree. Susan loves to learn and share ideas with others as well as serving at her local church. Her latest endeavor is studying and applying brain science strategies into her coaching methods. She encourages others to live their destinies by helping them to discover and live from their inner beauty, has taken numerous classes to develop professional coaching competencies.
We welcome back Dr. Rich the CCNI board president to the podcast. In this episode of the podcast Dr. Rich talks about the importance of having a vision in your coaching and in your life. In 2007 she became certified by Multi-Health Systems in EQ and found noticeable ways to better reflect Christ to the world. God has called Karyn to serve leaders who want emotional and spiritual harmony, as well as peace and purpose in their lives.

Now based in South Carolina, Keisa has over 20+ years of cross-cultural mission work in, but not limited to, Africa, Asia, and the Pacific Islands, centered around her heart’s passion for staff care and leadership development of global leaders. Keisa started her coaching journey with Coaching Mission International in 2009 as a trainee in CMI’s first Professional Coach training cohort and began coaching with CMI in 2010. Her heart is to coach leaders to align their work with their personal values so they can thrive wherever they are called. Having experienced first hand the power of coaching, she wants to see global leaders tap into the power that coaching provides.She loves international travel, experiencing new cultures and cooking international menus.
