cap full of Maple Syrup ( 1 tsp)
Shake over ice and pour onto a rocks glass with fresh ice.
Top with Cold Ginger Beer.

few dash of vanilla extract
dry shake all ingredients (without ice)
Shake all ingredients with ICE
Pour over ice in rocks glass and garnish with ground nutmeg
