Tough result for a team that felt destined for a run. A positive spin is that a lot of our issues were exposed in this game, & we have the cap space to address those needs this offseason. Well Folks, 2023 was NOT our year. The Minnesota Vikings struggled to endure an injury ridden season full of mistakes. Ball Security & the availability of many star players cost us our playoff chances. Now we forge forward to the off-season, focused on building a strong roster for the 2024 season. Will we re-sign Kirk? Draft a QB? These are all questions that will be answered within the coming months. One thing is for certain, the NFC North is getting stronger. We need to get stronger with it.
The Vikings season is essentially toast after an abysmal effort in our home building on New Years Eve. Minnesota just didn’t seem to have an edge at all as the Packers ran through our team for a 33-10 victory. While this is extremely disappointing, this team wasn’t built for a playoff run in our current state. TUNE IN for future QB talk, Week 18’s implications, & who the Vikings should look to resign. The Minnesota Vikings suffered a crushing 30-24 loss to the Detroit Lions, who secured the NFC North for the first time in 30 years. Good for the Lions I guess, but if Nick Mullens could’ve limited the INTs, this game was ours for the taking. Now we are down to our last breath on NYE. Green Bay comes to town & is seeking revenge. Nick Mullens & Minnesota lost an absolute HEARTBREAKER in Cincy last week. A few inopportune turnovers & failed QB sneaks cost the Vikings a huge game for our playoff hopes. Detroit comes to town this week & a matchup vs. Detroit has NEVER felt bigger. They are a solid team with good offensive weapons. We will get a real chance to see what this Vikings team is made of at the WINTER WHITEOUT at U.S. Bank Stadium.
The Vikings were able to SQUEAK out a win 3-0 in Las Vegas behind a defensive masterclass from Brian Flores & his unit. Nick Mullens will take the reins this week after Josh Dobbs put back-to-back subpar performances on tape. Mullens brings a veteran presence & a pocket passing skillset to an offense that is built for just that. Cincinnati & Minnesota BOTH sit at 7-6 with their playoff hopes alive. This one is bound to be a thriller. SKOL
The Vikings head in to the bye at an uncomfortable 6-6. The Passtronaut has seemingly come back to earth after back-to-back primetime losses. However, The Vikings still sit in a playoff spot with a chance to control our own destiny. 2 games against low-tier quarterbacks, followed by 3 division games. It’s going to be a wild ride to end the 2023 season. The good news is that we just might be getting healthy at the right time with Justin Jefferson, Jordan Hicks, Akayleb Evans, & potentially Marcus Davenport all slated to return. Keep The Faith. The Vikings are a good football team that often dominates games. The problem is, turnovers are the Achilles heel of this team. In Kevin O’ Connell’s tenure, the Vikings are 16-0 when they win the turnover margin. 3-9 when they lose the margin. It’s really not rocket science. Fumbles have been hurting us all year. Brian Flores has this defense fired up & primed for a win on Monday Night. MN currently sits in the 6 seed in the NFC playoff race. SKOL

All eyes were on Vikings rookie Jaren Hall early on in Atlanta. After leading a 75-yard drive looking sharp as a tack, Hall took a hit on the goal line that led to an early exit. Insert Josh Dobbs, the journeyman QB & former NASA intern was now under center for a new team on 5 DAYS notice! A gutsy defensive performance ended up complimenting Dobbs perfectly, as he secures his 1st win in purple. Truly a remarkable game. Let’s see what lies ahead! SKOL
One of the the most bittersweet games in Vikings history this past Sunday. The Vikings roll into Lambeau field & DOMINATE our rival Green Bay Packers… but at what cost? The Vikings lost their cornerstone QB Kirk Cousins to a non-contact Achilles tear late in the game. Life without Kirk is going to be bumpy with a lot of uncertainty, but there is only one choice we have, & that is to forge forward. It’s a next man up league. Let’s see what we can do!
Your Minnesota Vikings shocked the world on Monday night taking down the constantly praised San Francisco 49ers. On the shoulders of Kirk Cousins, nearly our entire team rose to the occasion to take down the NFC contender. Jordan Addison became a STAR, TJ secured everything, & KOC was locked in from a play calling standpoint. HUGE opportunity at Lambeau Field this weekend to get back to .500 against a bitter rival. The 2023 Minnesota Vikings season is like watching the same horror film week in & week out. Statistically, this team is near the top of the league in yards, pass blocking, run blocking etc. but the Achilles heel is FUMBLING the football.
