I’m going to share parts of my personal testimony which may cause offence because for many believers it is not Kosher but it has been the Lords will for my life as I journey and grow in Christ. One of the things that has bewildered me over the years is how language changes and does so continually. When I first came to the Lord I had to have a dictionary to understand a lot of the words used in the 1800’s Kings english.  It was an interesting learning experience, and the depth of the words were fascinating.

The greeks had many different words to express many different expressions of love. I think I came across a range of 9 different words revealing different types of this word Love. I’m going to focus mainly on two today (Eros and Agape) (Erotic and Biblical) because this is were most of our culture fits into and hopefully this will provide greater clarity on practical Love.
