As a millennial, I wish I had more guidance from my community. Growing up, I went through traumatic phases that influenced my habits of Self-sabotage, Imposter Syndrome, and Depression. I relied on my relationship with Christ as I parented myself through my childhood years. Being raised as a Caribbean America caused much interest in my own shadow work and I felt inspired to share my journey with you.
With this podcast, I hope to inspire others on their healing journey as the Pinkprint for Healing.
