There is something so profound in the moment a woman let's her guard down and owns her story for all of it's beauty and pain.

If you saw or spoke to Loz Markham now you would think one thing - what a freaking queen. She is a business owner, sports presenter and content creator - three things she would have refused to believe were possible for her as a teenager battling with anxiety. Loz struggled with anxiety throughout her teenage years, which often left her feeling alone, weak and as though she was the problem.

After leaving school she took matters into her own hands and embarked on a journey of self discovery and healing. She shares the things that changed her life, all of which are things we can implement into our daily lives.

This is the first time Loz has shared her story and we feel honoured.

Don't miss this episode.

Lotsa love,

Ruby & Nina

New Zealand psychologist and author Gwendoline Smith is what we like to call the queen of overthinking. She's got us all worked out and has all the tips when it comes to spending less time worrying about 'what if' and more time in the present.

Gwendoline talks us through the thought processes of worry and what we can do to avoid spiralling towards more (and more) overthinking. She busts some myths around the way we think and shares ways to take control of negative or overwhelming thought patterns.

Her books 'The Book of Overthinking' and 'The Book of Knowing' are ones to get your hands on!!

Lotsa love,

Ruby and Nina

Australian GP Dr. Kavya joins us on the Dear Sister podcast this week talking about everything from managing period pain to accessing a mental health plan and going through med school!!

This one is jam-packed with insight into health, medicine and conditions like PMS, health anxiety, hormonal acne, fatigue and all the rest!

It's easy to get lost in all the health info out there and particularly online (shoutout to Dr. Google) so Dr. Kavya is helping set things straight with a doctors perspective on some of the things we know all too well.
