I AM MORNING GLORYCOME TO JESUS FEETSpending time at Jesus’ feet is important and is the “one thing” or “good portion” that we all need to seek. It is essential to hear God’s word and dwell upon it.

Luke 10:38 As Jesus and his disciples were on their way, he came to a village where a woman named Martha opened her home to him. 39 She had a sister called Mary, who sat at the Lord’s feet listening to what he said. 40 But Martha was distracted by all the preparations that had to be made. She came to him and asked, “Lord, don’t you care that my sister has left me to do the work by myself? Tell her to help me!”41 “Martha, Martha,” the Lord answered, “you are worried and upset about many things, 42 but few things are needed—or indeed only one.[a] Mary has chosen what is better, and it will not be taken away from her.”
Healing is as much part of God’s plan for us, as is salvation. Healing is a basic right of every child of God - just as it is a basic right of every person to have and eat bread. So many times, people wait for God to decide, one day, in the sweet by and by, whether or not to heal them. The only problem with that is that it won’t get you anywhere. That is because God has not only already done His part, but He has communicated His will and His plan with us through His word. If we are ignorant of the fact that healing is ours now, it is because we have not read or received His word.But Jesus said to her, "Let the children be filled first, for it is not good to take the children's bread and throw it to the little dogs."

FAST AND PRAYER DAY 26God, however, is unchanging. He is reliable. He is the same yesterday, today and forever. If you find your identity in Him, you will never ultimately be let down because He has proven time and time again to be trustworthy. It is important, as you define your identity, that God not be just an aspect of who you are, like “I am a Christian,” or ”I am religious,” or “I am spiritual”. Understanding your identity in God starts with understanding who He is, what He says about Himself, and what He says about you. Your identity can be defined by who God is making you to be in His image.

God called prophets like Isaiah to summon the people of Israel to open their prosperity-glazed eyes and see God in their midst. God called Mary to give birth to God incarnate. And God called fishermen from their nets to follow Jesus.

And God called fishermen from their nets to follow Jesus.The Holy Spirit has given Apostle Marco a profound word for a simple instruction spoken by Jesus Christ in several passages in the Bible. This is a life changing message that you will cause you to look at the words "FOLLOW ME " from a different perpective.
6 For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.(Isaiah 9:6)
That's shalom, the kind the Prince of Peace will bring, and according to Isaiah's prophecy, he achieves this peace in two ways. First, he achieves it by ending war. As we read in Isaiah 9:4-5, the Prince of Peace is going to break the rod of the oppressor, and every blood-soaked garment worn in war will be rolled up and burnt for fuel.

The fourth name Isaiah gives the promised Messiah is “The Everlasting Father.” I have never had any difficulty calling God my Father, but many people do
Our Everlasting Father Himself reminds us vividly in Matthew 6:28-30 that He will care for and supply all our needs: “And why do you worry about clothes? See how the lilies of the field grow. They do not labour or spin. Yet I tell you that not even Solomon in all his splendour was dressed like one of these. If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, will he not much more clothe you, O you of little faith?” This is how much He cares for you and me

The 3rd title of Jesus in Isaiah 9:6 — “Mighty God” — highlights Jesus’ power.
“Mighty” is a translation of the Hebrew word “gibbor,” which is defined as “strength, power, hero, warrior.” Isaiah 9:6 tells us that Jesus is El Gibbor, the God of Strength, the God of Power, God our Hero, and God our Warrior.

When Isaiah speaks of something being “wonderful” it is not as we understand it now, but more so as something that is full of wonder. It is incomprehensible and unfathomable. The counsel that Christ brings defies the expectations of mankind and exceeds our human ability to understand. Furthermore, Christ goes beyond merely being a counselor as we understand that term, but he is the one who derives the plan. The counsel that Jesus brings is the plan for our salvation.

Let me ask you: Is Jesus wonderful to you?
• If you will believe in Him as your Savior, you’ll discover how truly wonderful He is.
He’s no “little man”; He’s the most wonderful person in this universe! And He’s big enough to cleanse you of sin and give you purpose and meaning in life! Give your life to Him today!
When they saw the star, they rejoiced with exceedingly great joy. And when they had come into the house, they saw the young Child with Mary His mother, and fell down and worshiped Him. And when they had opened their treasures, they presented gifts to Him: gold, frankincense, and myrrh. Then, being divinely warned in a dream that they should not return to Herod, they departed for their own country another way.
