From there Hammy gets a little heavy on the Philly sports talk with the NBA playoffs starting off, the Phillies looking fairly decent to start, and a more than an upsetting season for the Flyers. Hammy then goes on to discuss some of his thoughts about the gym and make a realization that has him laughing as hard as he ever has.
