Silence is violence and it’s time we finally stand against it, for Lewis’ sake and any other PoC on the grid receiving racial abuse. There is not and will never be justification for how the sport has treated Lewis. He deserves so much better. He will forever be known as one of the goats of F1. I hope one day we can have a sport that does not allow nor ever accept or defend racism or discrimination of any kind, regardless of who says it and their “excuse”. And to my PoC friends, I hope one day our community is safe for you too.
