In this video podcast, Nicola Cairncross explores and shares entrepreneur mindset and marketing insights
While "output" is the only thing that brings you customers and makes you money, it's just as important to find quality "input" to sharpen your saw, as Stephen Covey's "7 Habits Of Highly Effective People" says. What do I use for inspiration & motivation and where do I find it. I name my Top 10 inspirations...

Are you an introvert? You may be surprised to know I am, which is why I like videos and email marketing generally because, once done and uploaded online, they don't require me to be there 24/7/365. I also HATE talking on the telephone or even Skype, being a visual person. I don't do chit chat but I can do pre-scheduled meetings.
The one thing I find makes a real difference to online sales is being available to answer quick questions via Live Chat on my website. You can install one of the many free versions on your site and also have an app on your mobile, so that, no matter where you are, you can answer potential clients and customers questions, right there on the spot when they are making the buying decision.
This also fosters confidence that, once bought, your product or service will have some follow up support. This will be outsourced eventually but for now, just try it and you'll be amazed at how it boosts sales conversions.

If there is one thing that will speed up your success online, it's getting a mentor. Someone who has actually achieved what you want to achieve, in the way you want to achieve it.
This person can help you avoid potholes and knows all the best moves.
Sometimes you will find someone who'll help you just because they can (and because someone helped you) or if you don't want to wait, you can pay a mentor by joining one of their training and/or mentoring programmes. Even if you have to try a few, you'll recoup your money many, many times over.

While a lot of companies haven't even got a decent website or social media presence yet, I've been thinking about how websites are becoming largely obsolete in your online marketing (but why you might still need one) and with the slow demise of email marketing I suggest some alternatives you might want to be thinking about getting in place now to be ready for the changes.

Would you turn up at someone's door and question their religious beliefs? Turning up at someone's website and haranguing someone by LiveChat is no different!
Why does it even matter what someone's beliefs are? If you find someone inspirational and believe they can teach you something useful, what does it matter whether they believe in the same god you do (or even any at all?).

Nicola's searching for interesting backdrops while thinking about one of her favourite productivity hacks - how you can make yourself more effective in just 15 minutes a week.
Clicks And Leads is a "tongue in cheek" digital marketing Vzine by entrepreneur, author, podcaster, speaker, Nicola Cairncross. You can also subscribe to the video podcast on iTunes. Some of the insights shared in this weeks Vzine What I want to talk to you about today is something I've noticed with all the new people coming into my Inner Circle membership site having bought the "Be Everywhere Online" course.
The one thing that people need to know is how to get started so what I've had to do is create a set of "watch this first" / "read this next" videos - all in a little section for new members.
I was thinking about how best to help people, how best to know what people are thinking, how best to know how they're making progress with the course and I've been doing quite a lot of research on how to make training courses very very good for the participants.
Because if it’s good for the participants, they will recommend the course. One of the things that I've noticed is that a lot of people need to be guided through content but not just guided they need to be encouraged to become accountable.
Now whether that's become accountable to the person running the course or whether it's become accountable to themselves, doesn’t seem to matter but it’s not internal yet.
That got me thinking about how I keep myself accountable to my goals and my long-term objectives, because it’s instinctive for me now.
One of the ways I do it (and it's a really simple success tool) is to just write myself a little note in my journal at the end of each week. I ask myself these questions:
What have I achieved this week? What's been a challenge? What have I learnt? What needs to change?
If you notice, that's all quite positive language so you see I'm not beating myself up about everything.
I'm encouraging my Inner Circle members in my membership site now to write me a little note on a Friday afternoon or on Monday whichever it is, as long as it's the same day every week.
I think that's a really good way of them letting me know what they've done, letting themselves know if they've not done anything, giving themselves space to think about what they want to achieve in the following week.
I can keep track of how they're feeling, what they're thinking and what are the actions they're going to take?
This is the way that I can stop them if they are going down the wrong path and stop them wasting money and stop them from wasting time because I've been there, I've been there for the last 20 odd years plus - 22 years actually that's Phoebe's 22nd birthday tomorrow and I've been online as long as she's been around!
That's the way I'm going to encourage them to let me know what their next steps are and if they're going along on on the right rails so if you're watching this at home and you're thinking …
"How can I keep myself accountable? How can I keep myself moving forward? How can I make sure I'm on the right track? How can I make sure I'm not falling behind or missing my goals?
That is a really good way to do it.
I had a really brilliant employer once called Benny Grey and he used to say to me "You can do anything you like during the week as long as you are around within about 30 minutes notice if I want to come down for a meeting. But one thing you mustn't do is go home on a Friday without writing me a little roundup of what you've done this week to achieve our goals and what you found challenging.
Actually, he said, if you've got anything challenging pipe up straight away but that report writing was a good discipline for me just recapping what I'd achieved during the week why was to get done next week what was a challenge and how I was planning to overcome those challenges.

We all have silly fears but are you aware of yours and that they may be holding you back from success? Nicola reveals her silly fears about becoming a digital nomad and shares what happened when she got to Greece, albeit by painting herself into a corner. She also remembers why she's never broadcast from Pefko Taverna. The bloopers at the end are particularly good on this one - starring a wasp, a large buzzy beetle and some scaffolders.

Some of the insights shared in this week's Vzine... OK, what I want to talk to you today about is fear and you know, the whole Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway thing.
Well I've got more fears than most. I never realized it, but I am quite an anxious person, it turns out from my great, long list of things I was afraid about.
Before we came out here, I was afraid of, in no particular order, insects, quite afraid of insects, don't like spiders at all, not very keen on other things either, that fly about. I can just about cope with the ones that creep along the floor. We had no idea about Mani Worms though. Mani worms turn out to be persistent little buggers, that go up the walls and along the floor and if you tread on one in the middle of the night, it makes an almighty stink. They can't hurt you though.
I was afraid of having no car. I was so worried about that, I wanted to drive across Europe to bring my car out here, because I didn't want to be without a car. As it turned out, it's a really good thing to be without a car, 'cause it forces you to walk up and down and the thing we didn't realize before we got here was that the local supermarket, Katarina's, they have a gentleman in the white van, they're very happy to take you home after you've done a big load of shopping and they will drop you at your door. You can't see Tescos doing that, can you? But it means that you don't have to have a car, because you can walk to the supermarket, do your shopping and get transported home, albeit in the back of a van with a dog protection grill on , so I get to sit in the front and Sarah sits on the little fake tree stump in the back, it's very funny.
I was afraid of the dark, but we got round that one too. It is pretty dark, to be fair, and when you wake up in a room, where there's no, no light at all, because you're out in the middle of the olive groves. But one of my neighbours heard that I was having a bit of a hard time with it and she dropped in a nightlight. She just bought me one in the shop and it was a nice blue kind of light, so it makes you not so... it doesn't wake you up so much, when you get up to go to the loo in the night.
I was very concerned about sleeping downstairs, because of the serial killers. Everybody knows there's a lot of them in the Mani, almost as many as in Shoreham (my family think I'm absolutely bonkers), but I was concerned about sleeping with the window open.
But not now I know about the Serial Killer Stones. Basically, everyone's got stones on their windowsill, which means that if anyone tries to push the window open in the middle of the night, a stone drops on the floor and wakes you up pretty sharpish, because it makes a very loud noise. So, now I'm utilizing the serial killer stones and I'm feeling absolutely fine about sleeping with the window open now.
Also, what else was I worried about before moving to Greece? Giving up everything, selling everything, giving up the house, giving up, you know, the stable base, that I perceived it was. I was particularly concerned about giving up the cutlery. The things you cling onto....
But all of these fears were completely groundless. Yes, we've had the odd insect or two. Yes, I've had to wrestle with the odd spider coming in, I've had to cope with super large mosquitoes on occasion, except they weren't,
When comparisonitis strikes, every other entrepreneur seems to be doing it better (and doing better) than you. How to keep taking action and why you need to, more than ever in that moment!
Clicks And Leads is a "tongue in cheek" digital marketing Vzine by entrepreneur, author, podcaster, speaker, Nicola Cairncross. You can also subscribe to the video podcast on iTunes. Some of the insights shared in this week's Vzine... Today I'm going to talk to you about comparisonitis. We might have touched on it before, but this week it's come home to me with a bang because I've been fighting it, and also my daughter Phoebe's been fighting it. So let's get on with the show, shall we?
Comparisonitis is the condition that you get when you spend a lot of time on social media, and who can help that when they actually work on social media like I do?
It's something, apparently, that affects the young, younger people, teenagers and early 20s very much because all they see is carefully curated visions of their friends and family in their best moments, and people who are the same age as them who are apparently much more successful, and living life to the full, and it just makes you generally feel a bit ugh about yourself.
I've been fighting it this week because one of my people that I look up to, Bernadette Doyle, has been doing her second series of five live videos, and she is so good at them. You know, it's just Facebook Live videos where she's talking about great topics like Product Pricing, and she gets lots of engagement. And, you know, I could really be doing the comparisonitis thing if I thought about that for too long, because she's great at it, and she gets so much more engagement than I do.
But then, I have to remind myself, she's been working at this for 10 years longer than I have. You know, I've been online for 20 years, but I've been a little bit more sporadic. I've changed what I've been doing, and Bernadette has just stuck to one thing, the one thing she's great at, and she has built an enormous following online.
There's someone else I respect enormously, Sarah Staar, and Sarah has been, again, doing exactly the same thing, teaching affiliate marketing, for the last 10 years or so, and she's built up a mailing list of a million and a half people. I mean, that is astonishing. Could you imagine what you could do with a million and a half people on your mailing list?
Anyway, the point is that both of these people I respect enormously. They're both way ahead of me, and I could make myself feel really bad if I compared myself to those people.
Another person I admire immensely is Denise Duffield Thomas. Now, Denise told me when I interviewed her on my podcast that she had come to see me and Judith in London, when we had the Money Gym, and she looked up to US then. And since then, she's gone on to do amazing things. She lives in Australia, she's written the Lucky Bitch book, she's written the Get Rich, Lucky Bitch, and she's written an amazing series of books, and she has a huge, huge presence online.
Again, I could be comparing myself. I could be saying, why have I not done as well as these people?
Well, it's because I haven't been consistent. I've kept chopping and changing what I'm doing.
It was really brought home to me, this whole comparisonitis thing, because my daughter, Phoebe, is 22 years old, and she'll be editing this, in fact, so this is a message straight to you, my darling.
She's just getting started. She's done amazing things. She's taught herself how to edit videos. She edits my Vzine for me. And she is just doing so, so well, but, you know, she looks through Instagram, she looks through Facebook, she looks through Snapchat, and she sees all these amazing people doing incredible things.
You can't help compare yourself. You just can't help it. But what you've got to do is try and catch yourself at it, and instead of lying there and wallowing and thinking,
Why do we all have this insidious expectation that "this one thing" will be the one big thing that brings "overnight success"? I talk about that and share the moment I get photobombed by a whistling fisherman whilst recording on the harbour arm in Stoupa!
Clicks And Leads is a "tongue in cheek" digital marketing Vzine by entrepreneur, author, podcaster, speaker, Nicola Cairncross. You can also subscribe to the video podcast on iTunes. Some of the insights shared in this week's Vzine... So today what I want to do is talk to you about something that Gary Vaynerchuk's been mentioning a lot recently, he's been talking to lots of young people about it and it's this thing of patience and of us all expecting things to happen really, really quickly.
You know I've been online for about 20 years. And YouTube came along in about 2006 and if I have carried on putting videos on YouTube I would have a massive following by now. But because I put up a few videos sporadically and then I didn't continue with it, I wasn't systematic with it. Nothing really happened with my YouTube channel.
Well not much, I say but I had about 50,000 views and I've got about five hundred odd subscribers. So all of that happened without me paying much attention. But it has happened over the last 10 years or so.
So you have to remember that these things take time and consistency is really, really important. In one of the YouTube videos I was watching today, they were saying that YouTube rewards consistency.
So the things you've got to watch out for is making sure you've got a good title on your video, making sure that your video is uploaded with the title in the title of the raw video, as well as the title you give it on YouTube. They're not paying so much attention to tags anymore but they are paying a lot of attention to the content of your captions so it's really important that after you've uploaded a video and it's had time to process, that you go and check the captions. The transcription, also known as captions, of your video.
And then you know they're taking a lot of notice of that for SEO, so that you make sure that your key phrase is in the title of the video, the raw file of the video, the first line of the video and the last line of the video. That's really important, that's just basic SEO and you do that for your blog post as well. So I wanted to really talk about today was this thing of consistency and patience. Because I know - I do it myself.
Whenever I start a new marketing initiative and I think it's going to be the one, I think it's going to be the thing, I think it's going to be the thing that makes all the difference. Whereas actually Gary Vee put it very well in one of his videos just recently, he says you don't come along and expect to just throw up a prefab and for it to stay around forever. What you have to do is you have to think of your marketing efforts as a series of bricks that are going to build a good solid house that lasts forever.
Now I want to show you some of these fabulous houses here, because there's one over there, that's really particularly lovely. There you go, that's one lovely house over there. This is the other house that I love very much which has been there for a long long time. You can see that, these houses were not built recently, they were probably built a hundred years ago.
Now I'm just guessing, but these houses were built to last. They really were, they were built to be handed down generation to generation. And actually that's what we should be thinking about doing with our marketing efforts. And so what we've been doing this week is turning the week vzine into a video podcast which is going to go to iTunes and we're also taking the audio out of the vzine. And we're going to turn that into an audio podcast so it will go onto my website and I want to keep iTunes.
It's already going on to YouTube in the form of the Vzine itself and it goes on to Facebook and it gets shared all...

Today Nicola is broadcasting from a secret love seat, talking about how, if your thoughts control your feelings and your feelings control your actions, you'd better get a grip on your thoughts pronto. No chickens in this one - sorry!
Clicks And Leads is a "tongue in cheek" digital marketing Vzine by entrepreneur, author, podcaster, speaker, Nicola Cairncross. You can also subscribe to the video podcast on iTunes. Some of the insights shared in this week's Vzine... This week has been a bit disappointing. I haven't had the reaction I wanted to the whole sequence I'd set up, inviting people to join my membership site. It's been a slow, steady trickle rather than a flood, which I would have liked. When you consider I've got a mailing list of three and a half thousand people, you could have expected a little bit better of a conversion.
I expected a bit better of a conversion, my thoughts expected a bit better of a conversion. When there's the steady trickle only I felt disappointed, which then dictates how I act, which is not pushing ahead and doing as much as I would have liked to.
I had a good conversation with Judith, on the podcast. She coached me live on episode 120, I think it was. She talked about if thoughts become things you've got to think good ones, because if your thoughts release chemicals in your brain that dictate how your feelings work, how you feel and if your feelings dictate what you actually do and what you can achieve and what you take action on it stands to reason that you've got to keep your thoughts under control.
As I say easier said than done, but well worth working on.
Some of things I use are journaling. I basically write every day in my journal. That's something that's got to be done away from the computer I think, because it gives your brain time to process what you're writing at the same time, whereas if you type at 70 words a minute as I do it doesn't give your brain time to process anything. Yeah.
Journaling very good, talking to friends is also very good, having a mentor, or a coach, or someone who you can run ideas past... Get Help With All This! Mentoring with Nicola Credits & Links Creative Direction & Video Editing PhoebeSoremekun.com

Clicks And Leads is a "tongue in cheek" digital marketing Vzine by entrepreneur, author, podcaster, speaker, Nicola Cairncross. You can also subscribe to the video podcast on iTunes. Some of the insights shared in this week's Vzine... Today I want to talk to you about something that literally has just in the last half hour happened. It's a good story because it's about how you set goals in business and how you sometimes, well I do, get disappointed if you don't achieve them.
That actually was a recurring thing in my early life. I didn't set goals because I was scared of the disappointment I would feel if I set goals and didn't achieve them.
What I wanted to talk to you today, from there we were just talking about on the Own It podcast yesterday, and Judith and I were having a long discussion about it and that episode will be out next week.
When you see this Vzine, you've got just a few days to wait until the episode comes out, and it's really important.
Judith spends a lot of time coaching very new entrepreneurs. The excitement they feel when they get started often wears off quite quickly and they have to just learn that you have to just keep going.
You have to believe your plan is sound, you have to keep executing your plan because one thing is for sure, if you don't execute on your plan, nothing will happen.
We've had a really good example of it. Basically, I'm the kind of person, I get all fired up, the creative entrepreneurial juices get flowing and I think the thing I'm doing is the one that's going to set the world on fire.
Judith was pointing out to me that in need to be more of a tortoise rather than a hare. I need to just keep taking one slow step after the other ever single day. Don't keep changing things. Don't keep throwing things up in the air, just let people have time catch up with you.
My daughter Phoebe, who puts this Vzine together for me, she been going with YouTube about six months now, and she been doing everything right. She learned how to do YouTube SEO properly. She's religiously done that video, after video, after video.
She's just been creating funny, quirky little makeup review videos. She's been reviewing things like when she gets a new Birch Box, she reviews that and what's in it and gives her honest opinion. The other thing she does is, she does things like she does makeup of her brother and he's very funny too.
She's been really trying to come up with lots of creative ideas on how to make makeup reviews different.
The thing that she's got going for her is she's a naturally funny person. Both my children are naturally funny. I've got not much sense of humor at all. My ex-husband is very naturally funny as well. They've got funny expressions and they've got funny sayings in the way they move their ... They've got very mobile faces. I sort of knew that she was different to the other very pretty, lovely girl makeup reviewers out there. I thought she had a little quirky charm.
She obviously a bit of a cockney sparrow because she grew up in her early years in London, so there is a difference about her and I was hoping that would be the thing that swung it for her. Anyway, she's been cracking on with making these videos.
She's also been making videos for me, as I say the Vzine, and she's been making videos now for a local guy, Peter Wood, who lives in Shoreham and he's got a business called Eat Food,Love Food. She's been recording little videos for him showing off his culinary skills because he's an outside caterer.
Only yesterday, she was saying to me, "Oh, I don't know I'm feeling really down mom, I don't know if this YouTube thing's ever going to happen." I said to her "Look, you've got to look on it as every video you release, you get more view for your channel. We know from Casey Neistat telling us that he's nev...

Today Nicola is playing with her new drone and also talking about how to get started with an online business even if you don't have anything to sell yet.
Clicks And Leads is a "tongue in cheek" digital marketing Vzine by entrepreneur, author, podcaster, speaker, Nicola Cairncross. You can also subscribe to the video podcast on iTunes. Some of the insights shared in this week's Vzine... One of the first questions I get asked by people who are just getting started online is what do I sell?
If you don't have an actual product that you've created or invented or something that you love to make, then you can feel a little bit overwhelmed with the choice of things that you can do to make money online.
You've got to have something to sell. That's one of the basic things, and it's actually one of the things that I come across most often people don't have.
If you don't have something to sell yourself, what are the kind of things that you can sell?
Well, it's going to be a product, a service, or an information product. One of the three, really. If you've got an expertise or a service yourself, then that's the first thing you can sell online.
It's amazing how many people we meet, even here in Greece, you know. They're out here. They'd quite like to get a little job, and they are thinking in terms of minimum wage kind of jobs, which actually the market for that is saturated. There's so many people here looking for work, and will work cheap.
I always start by asking them what do they do before? What do they do at home? Often, you find that people have got an expertise that could be outsourced. They could actually position themselves as an outsource person.
For example, we met someone in a local taverna the other day who's got fantastic accountancy skills. I know that there are accountancy firms out there who work completely remotely who are looking for skilled people to do accounts for their clients around the world. They hire in the UK because the people there know about the UK account system. They hire in the US and Australia, because they know that the people there know about those account systems.
You might have some expertise or a specialty or something you've done that other people ... something that you've experienced.

So, I've come out into the garden to talk to you today about perfectionism, because we've just released the first issue of the e-zine. And I'm not a young, good-looking, thirty something person, who is traveling around the world, who is having a lovely time and looks gorgeous all the time. So, one could argue, who would want to watch a video about someone who's living in one place, albeit a different country, and who is not perfect, in fact, who wears a lot of the same colors all the time, i.e., black, and who is not young and exciting and gorgeous.
But I think I've got a lot to share. So I've decided I've got to get over myself, as I've said in one of my other videos, and I've decided that I need to just not care about any of that stuff, not care about what my hair looks like. In fact, today I'm pretty convinced that I didn't wash the conditioner out of it. You know how you get that feeling, girls?
When you're drying your hair, you just think, "Oh, little bit tacky." So I've decided I'm not going to worry about my hair, I'm not going to worry about whether I've got any makeup on, I'm not going to worry about whether I feel overweight, or every day to be honest, and I'm going to not worry too much about whether the background's perfect.
Obviously, I have tried to get you a nice sunlit tree here and a little bit of lemon tree in the background, so it's quite nice, not perfect, but quite nice. I wanted to just get it out there, I wanted to get started.
I knew we could start with episode one and we could improve as we go. Phoebe's learning all the time. She's learning new tricks with the editing. She's learning new layovers and all sorts of things. And the more I can supply to her, the more choice she's got of what to use.
So I've just got to churn out the content.
So many people worry so much about being professional, what other people think about them, having everything perfect, you know, not having the washing up in the background, that they just never get started. The thing is that I've actually been prevaricating about doing this bit of to camera talking for the v-zine since lunchtime. Because, I didn't want to do it in the kitchen, because there was washing up in the background and I couldn't be to put it away. Then someone called, and then there was whooshing to do with app.
And so, basically, I was prevaricating, because I didn't know ... I don't really enjoy doing this. It gets easier as you do it, but I don't massively enjoy it. Everyone calls me a narcissist, but I'm not that bad. I just had to push through it. I just had to think, "The sun is going down. It could be nice in parts of the garden. Let's go and find a different location and let's just get it done." Because, if I don't get it done, Phoebe can't get episode two of the e-zine out, and that's not fair on her.
And I find that's a really helpful way of pushing through procrastination actually, is to make yourself accountable to someone else. If I don't make the content, she can't make the e-zine. If she doesn't make the e-zine, the e-zine doesn't go out, and that's my fault, down to me, nobody else. So I think it's really important now, having released episode one, she's keen to go on episode two, because we know there's things we could do better. So let's give her a chance. She can't have that chance to make things better unless I do my bit.
Here's the first of what will hopefully be a weekly Clicks & Leads vzine - so much more exciting that a boring old ezine eh?
In this episode I share my thoughts on the reasons for doing this, talk about what to do if you don't have any money at all (and why that shouldn't hold you back) and finally share (from my cosy bed, it's freezing here) what's on the blog and the podcast this week. You'll also get insights into what it's like to live and work in Greece.
Clicks And Leads is a "tongue in cheek" digital marketing Vzine by entrepreneur, author, podcaster, speaker, Nicola Cairncross. You can also subscribe to the video podcast on iTunes. Some of the insights shared in this week's Vzine... So today, I'm going to be talking about being resourceful versus having resources, because I've had a couple of emails from people who have said, as a response to my nine word e-mail, which is a Dean Jackson thing which you send once people have been through your entire autoresponder series and not bought anything, or not joined anything, or not participated in anything, like a free webinar for example.
So, the nine word e-mail goes along these sort of lines, it goes "Tell me, so and so, the name, are you still interested in blah?" And the blah is whatever they joined up your newsletter for at the time.
So, for example, my nine word e-mail would go "Quick Question" in the subject line, and it says "Are you still interested in building an online business?"
Now, that sort of covers marketing your own business online and also just starting an online business. I get responses from that, You'll be amazed, if you add that into your e-mail sequence towards the end, then you will get responses from people and they will tell you what's going on in their lives and it gives you a chance to converse with your clients or potential future clients.
So, I got an email back from someone who said, "I'm going to have to pass this time. I haven't been able to get the funds." Now I'm not sure what he thinks he's gonna need funds for, whether he was talking about joining my membership site or whether he was talking about participating in one of my programs, but actually, I give an awful lot of stuff away for free.
You can actually start an online business for pretty much nothing. If you've got ten dollars for a domain name, you don't even really need that. You could just start something on wordpress.com or blogger.com. I always say that if you don't know what to do, start diarizing or notating or documenting, as Gary V. calls it, on a free blog, your journey from being clueless to hopefully being a hero, from zero to a hero.
That will bring you followers, because people will start to pick up on what you are doing. They'll start to share your blog posts with their friends, especially if they're a little bit further back than you. So just say that they find your blog about three or four weeks after you start it, and you're starting to move along because you're starting to find some gurus to follow and webinars to attend, and free courses to do, like for example the 'Smart Passive Income' Pat Flynn course on podcasting, or the Lee Pages course on Facebook ads. You'll start to find some resources and you'll share them on your blog, hopefully, and other people will start to follow you on that blog. Someone's talking to me on Facebook Live, excuse me.
If you don't have any resources, which is funds, for example, you can get started but you have to be resourceful. Every single time you come up against the thought "I can't do that because ..." You then need to think "I need to get resourceful now." For example, I want to do a weekly v-zine and I'm not, by any stretch of the imagination, good at graphic design or editing. I can just about edit the podcast every week. So I'm gonna get my daughter Phoebe to do this for me. She's showing a lot of promise with her own Youtube videos and I'd like to encourage her.
