Join me and Krystal from Seed Rise Bloom where we open up a conversation about sex. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Sex, making love, being intimate are all natural things for us. It’s the very essence of how life begins. It can spark something inside us that sends shivers through our whole bodies and brings us to pure ecstasy. So why is it so hard for us to talk about it? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Maybe it’s because of some damaging ideas around sex that have misled us?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Sex seems to be this taboo subject where we have to tip toe around chatting about it incase we offend anyone but it’s time we start to talk about it. Let’s open up, educate ourselves and start enjoying sex on a whole new level! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Here in Ireland we are now in the autumn/fall season. The sun isn’t staying in our sky too long, each day the darkness is getting more prevalent and temperatures are dropping slowly.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ How does this affect our lives? Have we allowed our lives to adapt or are we just going with the flow? What feelings are coming up and are they helping us or sabotaging us? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I’ve personally been going through ebbs and flows lately and I’ve had to really dive into what’s been affecting me through self reflection. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I know I’m not the only person who goes through these emotions. Everybody has their ups and downs and I want to talk a little bit about that.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ If this episode resonates with you, feel free to reach me on ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Instagram: @my_pristine_mind or Messenger: @My Pristine Mind
Níall is a wellness expert with over 20 years experience. He is trained to the highest level in the Wim Hof Method and is Ireland’s most prevalent instructor. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Níall is also a father and a husband. When the stress of fatherhood started to take its toll over him and his wife, Niall came across Wim Hof and his method. To this day he preaches the method and goes into the cold water daily for his own health and wellbeing. It’s helped him become more grounded, patient with his kids and become a better partner. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ We also talk about different aspects that the cold has on our bodies and the benefits of the breathing techniques when going into cold water. He talked about natural herb remedies found in Ireland and how you can use these in modern society.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ If you want to check out his Instagram Profile it’s: https://instagram.com/breathewithniall?utm_medium=copy_link ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ His website is: www.breathewithniall.com⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Also if you’d like to find out more about the Cacau we talked about and the website he suggested is www.thestll.com ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Once again, thanks for taking the time to listen to this podcast and support me. I’m always grateful for you! If you have any questions or just want to reach out, please do as I’m always willing to hold space for you. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Much love! James
I’m going to chat about what’s been happening with me lately. How I’ve been raising my mood with exercise but also what negative emotions secretly came along with that. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I thought that by going about my fitness regimen I was doing the best for my self but I didn’t realise that I was being avoidant of little issues that were bothering me. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ When I don’t take that time to really sit with my emotions, pressure slowly builds up and it will eventually get out in one way or another. Last weekend was when that pressure cap blew off in a really destructive way. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Thankfully I’m in a place where I can recognise this and evaluate it. One year ago it would have sent me spiralling into anxiety for sure. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Always appreciate feedback and if anything in this episode resonated with you please reach out. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Thanks, ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ James.
A breakup often involves many changes. Change for most people can be difficult, and it can be especially challenging if you didn’t want the change in the first place. You can feel that you have lost control and the things that you would normally be able to handle can easily send you into emotional turmoil. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ In today’s episode we talk about the different stages we go through after a breakup and how we can deal with the feelings and emotions that accompany them. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ We all deal with breakups in our own way. There is no rule book. Some cry and eat processed food, others go to the gym and work harder than they’ve ever worked. Krystal and I talk about little ways we can look after ourselves and practice self-love, self-care and self-respect while getting over a loss.

Because a lot of you have been asking for more information on the 7 pillars and how you can implement this idea into your own lives, I have decided to do another episode dedicated to the subject. Here are some practical steps you can take to work this method right now
When we think about relationships, straight away we think about our spouses, family, friends. But do we ever analyse the relationship we have with ourselves? All too often we look externally at relationships and wonder what’s going wrong but first we must look within. In this episode I’m talking about a concept called ‘The 7 pillars’ and how each pillar represents an aspect you should develop in order to form a strong relationship with yourself and others. You can use this concept right away to view where you stand with yourself and how to improve daily.
