In this episode I speak with Jo Ferbrache all about her journey with sobriety. Jo made the decision to stop drinking in January 2019, so many people doubted that she would be able to do it. So much so that they sponsored her to raise money for charity! Two years later Jo has discovered her true self even more, loves life being sober and is now on a mission to support others who want to do the same.

In this episode I speak with Mary Ball & Lucy Hillier, Founders of the Women In Business Book Club. Mary & Lucy were inspired to set up the club, to help women access a supportive network of likeminded women, to learn from, connect, grow and inspire each other. They were inspired by the qualities of their own friendship, which is based on trust, honesty, communication and belief in each other to go after their dreams. They wanted to be able to create a community of women, who could connect to create similar bonds.

In this episode we talk about self development, doing the right thing for ourselves, not comparing ourselves to others and being unique.

Rob Carr - Personal Trainer, Entrepreneur. Avid runner & TRX trainer.

I went rogue with this episode and featured a guy. I was compelled to ask Rob to join me for a chat, after seeing a post recently in relation to the highly charged Sarah Everard case. Rob was asking what men could do to make women feel less threatened. In this conversation, we talk about strong women, a healthy approach to diet and exercise, relationships, and more.

I would love to know what you think, I found it interesting to hear another perspective.
