The Happy Little Podcast

Hello, I’m Jamie, and welcome to The Happy Little Podcast.

A mixture of thoughts, stories, adventures and optimism. And hopefully something that makes the world a slightly better place. After all, that’s what we’re hoping for, right?

I will take you for a wander around my brain, as we explore ideas for finding happiness in every aspect of life.

I will share stories and experiences from my own life, from my childhood, through my young free single days, and into my adventures as a husband and parent - oh, and whatever my current dog walk thoughts are as I wander through the countryside.

Sometimes I will be sharing small thoughts or poems with you, other times I’ll be discussing the bigger concepts & subjects that fill the wonderful world we live in.

Some things will be carefully written, considered, and planned out, as I choose my words carefully before sharing them. Others will be a completely unscripted, and, well... let’s just say they’ll tumble out of my mouth and will no doubt be less than perfect. But we’re not here to be perfect, are we?

Each episode will centre around a topic or theme. A facet of life that we can explore from different perspectives, to better understand our place in the world, and look at how we can overcome obstacles to achieve a positive mindset.
