It happens. We're human. So what happens when you're having trouble moving through all of the emotions and can't seem to get over what's happened. I offer the 2 perspectives that have helped me move through deep heart breaks and prayer for soothing our souls.
We've all invested in spaces we wish we hadn't - the coach wasn't right for us, we didn't do the work, we weren't supported in the right ways, we didn't really understand what we were getting ourselves into, the coach didn't deliver, and on and on.
It's happened to us all. Plus, there is so much noise out there right now that it's way too easy to get confused and lost, feeling almost paralized to make a decision.
So how can we be more discerning?
There are 3 ways I think you can look past all of the marketing noise and determine if a coach is right for you.
