**This episode of the podcast will take listeners on an audio tour of Life at St. John Paul II. The grade 12 Recreation and Healthy Active Leadership class will be reflecting on their time at SJPII by looking at everyday life and the little things, councils and clubs, sports and teams and events as they have experienced them during their time at Pope. This tour is a representation of our journey and life as we experienced it at SJPII. What makes Pope so unique is that everyone’s experience can be so different and yet we can all come together and embrace what will always keep us connected, being part of the Panther family!

In light of the recent racist and discriminative injustices towards the BIPOC community, in this episode of Tales From the Trails, students have a meaningful and open discussion, about their feelings, experiences and stances on the issue. Topics like the George Floyd verdict, culture appropriation and even the importance of leveling the “racial playing field'' are heavily talked about in this segment. As recurring as this event is, it unfortunately isn’t talked about often, especially amongst the student body, which is what makes today’s episode even more significant and profound.

In today’s episode, Tales From the Trail discusses everything cyber-bullying, from its definition to its consequences and even the question “Why does it happen?” The students of St. John Paul II additionally share a series of personal connections to the topic of cyber-bullying.
This episode of Tales from the Trail focuses on the topic of cyberbullying. We, students of SJPII, indulge in a discussion which revolves around the reasons, consequences, and stigma around cyberbullying as well as share our personal experiences as a means of raising awareness. This discussion follows suit with a list of resources one can turn to when faced with cyberbullying.
